ABOUT NAME CHANGE AFTER MARRIAGE.

DEAR SIR,
I AM WORKING IN STATE BANK OF INDIA WITH MY OLD NAME AND I WANT TO CHANGE MY RECENT NAME IN TO NEW NAME AFTER MARRIAGE.
I ALEREADY GAZZETED MY NAME CHANGE BUT OUR HEAD OFFICE SAYS ME TO FORWARD MARRIAGE CERTIFICATE. I JUST REGISTER MY MARRIAGE AND GOT CERTIFICATE BUT THE CERTIFICATE IS IN MARATHI LANGUAGE AND ALSO IT IS ISSUED BY GRAMPANCHAYAT SO PLEASE TELL ME IS IT LEGAL DOCUMENT FOR NAME CHANGE EITHER IT IS IN MARATHI LANGUAGE.

Validity Period of an Agreement for Sale

Dear Friends,

My clients want to execute an Agreement for Sale for the purchase of an Agricultural Land. However the conditions for the purchase of the said land is that the Vendor should convert the said land into Non Agricultural land (NA) and also make a pukka road upto the said land.

Hence initially they want to execute an Agreement for Sale, pay full stamp duty on the agreed consideration and register the document.

On fulfillment of the conditions of the NA and the road, the sale deed between the parties shall be executed.

As we do not know the exact time period required for the fulfillment of the above conditions, how long can the Agreement for Sale be registered and kept (what is the validity) till the final execution of the sale deed.

Stamp Duty Calculation Method and Registration

Will any one please suggest a standard formula for calculationg stamp duty including conversion of superbuilt-up area and also registration fee calculation for Registration of a sale agreement ? How the amount is arrived at and how the area applicable inviting stamp duty is calculated including surchage, vat, if applicable.

legal notice for non- payment of charges

hello,
I hd taken a tata indicom internet modem which was 2 month unlimited free from the time of activation.
I lost my modem after 45 days of usage. I went to the tata indicom office & asked for cancellation. I written down my request for cancellation on their register.
later i got many calls regarding internet usage charges which i need to pay them. I was shocked as i cancelled my modem during free period only. Then i came to know that they have not cancelled my modem despite my cancellation order on their register. At that time the office person didnt give me any proof of cancellation as he told me that he is busy in other works & will surely cancel my connection after he will get free.
Now i have got a legal notice regarding the non- payment of dues.
Please advise.

Introducer

Respected Sirs,

My friend put his signature in the "Introducer" Column of a document.
This is prove that the he personally knows the executor of a document.

Now the executor says that he never executed such document.

What is the roll of the "Introducer" of a document?

What is the extent of liability?

How can I save him from the liability?
