My Cosumer court case

Respected sir

i filed case in consumer court For non-refunding of advance amount paid for site. Court ordered me in my favour. but opposite party not respance for court order. what is the next steps i have to take, pls advise us ?

You have to file an application for execution of the order given by court.Then the Court will take necessary action against the opposite party.

YOU MAY ENCLOSE THE CERTIFIED COPY OF JUDGEMENT OF COURT AND UNDER SEC.27 OF CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT YOU HAVE TO APPLY FOR EXECUTION OF SAID JUDGEMENT IN THE SAME COURT .
COURT WILL ISSUE NOTICE TO OTHER SIDE AND YOU WILL SUCCEED IN YOUR PURPOSE PLEASE NOTE
