Can Anybody upload copy of G.O. and Judgements related to compassionate appointment in Tamil Nadu Government Services for children of employees who die in harness? There is a case where a son of a Govt Staff Nurse waiting for Government employment for more than 25 years without any decision taken by the Government. He is a Post-Graduate aged 48 years and has no permanent source of income to earn his livelihood. He can be helped out to seek legal redressal.

I am sorry if I sound repetitive. Myself and my sister who purchased a property want to sell it. My sister has given me GPA. Now the buyer wants that my wife , kids and my sister's husband and kids must also sign NOCs to preempt any future objections. As this is not ancestral property per se, is it necessary? Is it not enough if I sign the sale deed on behalf of my sister as I am her GPA holder? Is it not enough if my sister gives an undertaking that she will not revoke GPA given to me until the sale of our joint property is completed?

Dear Experts,
My case is related to the loss of original title deed and I have already filed a police complaint and there after a certificate is obtained from the Police that a complaint has been lodge and obtained a certified copy.
Later I gave a public notice in a local daily newspaper on loss of original title deed. One of the experts has suggested getting a declaration from the court which can valid for reselling the property in future or for any bank loan on the property.
Can anyone forward me judgment copy which was given earlier by any court similar to my case, this will be really great helpful for me for my next step.

My advocate is giving 7 days public notice for any objection to be raised for the purchase of plot. Is 7 days notice sufficient or legally tenable?
As the seller is in urgent need of money, he requested the advocate to reduce 15 days to 7 days.
