Kindly provide suggestion on following
1) Partnership deed register but business not run from register date mentioned in deed.
2) Business run from next financial year from date mentioed in deed.
3) Now correction \ updation require in deed or not.

Pls tell me what is stamp duty payable on gift deed in Mohal , Punjab. Wat r the registration charges ? Gift deed is to b executed by bother to his sister, both are owner of the vacant land . Brother want to gift /relinquish his 50% share to his sister without consideration.
I hav heard dat there is no provision of relinquishment deed registration in punjab.

DEAR SIR,
I HAVE ACQUIRED A LUCKNOW DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY HOUSE OF WHICH I WAS A TENANT AND LATER UNDER A SCHEME WAS SOLD TO ME .
THE SALE DEED WAS REGISTERED IN MY FAVOUR IN FEBRUARY 2002.
I HAVE THE ORIGINAL LETTER FROM LDA FOR ALLOTMENT OF HOUSE ON RENT TO ME, RENT RECEIPTS TILL SUCH TIME IT WAS SOLD, OFFER FOR SALE OF HOUSE BY LDA TO ME , LETTER BY LDA ASKING ME TO BUY GENERAL STAMPS FOR REGISTRATION AND FINALLY THE SALE DEED.
MY LAWYER INFORMS ME THAT TO PROVE DOCUMENTS , OTHER THAN THE SALE DEED, I NEED TO CALL A REPRESENTATIVE OF THE LDA TO TESTIFY THE DOCS.
MY QUERIES:-
1. IS EVERY ORIGINAL ISSUED BY ANY AUTHORITY OR PERSON IS TO BE RATIFIED BY THE AUTHORITY OR THE INDIVIDUAL WRITING IT?
2.WHAT HAPPENS IF THE INDIVIDUAL DENIES WRITING SUCH DOCS , ORIGINALS OF WHICH ARE IN OUR POSSESSION?
3. EXTENDING THIS LOGIC WHY IS NOT A REPRESENTATIVE OF THE REGISTRAR OFFICE REQUIRED TO TESTIFY TO THE GENUINESS OF THE ORIGINAL SALE DEED?
4. KINDLY GIVE RELEVANT SECTIONS OF INDIAN LAWS THAT I CAN READ TO BRUSH UP MY KNOWLEDGE.

if there are more than one executor in a sale deed and it is to be rectified can the sale deed be rectified in presence of only one executor.

dear all,
I want to purchase a resale flat located at vasai road (mumbai). the age of the property is 15 to 20 age. The onwer of the flat do not have the occupation certificate. Should i ignore this issue & buy the flat or it will create a problem for me in future if i buy this flat without OC.
Also want to know how to resolve this issue & what all document i need to take care in purchasing a flat

Dear sir/madam,
FD is taken from SBI bank which original certificate is lost.The FD certificate's Number is known to us . Still the "Bank Officer said that one guarenter is required which is having the FD of same Amt. in that bank.The officer said after giving the mordgage of same Amt of FD certificate your duplicate FD certificate will be handed over to you.
I want to know is there any circular or law of mordgaging to get duplicate certificate ?

Opening an Accounts in bank
Dear Sir,
As per our discussion with bankers we required to submit some registration paper of new entity at the time opening an account with bank.
Sir I have to know since in case of service industry or saling goods we need to have some turnover and when we cross the exemption limits then we may go for registration ( Service Tax 9 lakhs, VAT :2 Lakhs).
Sir please suggest if we do not have any this kind of paper how can we open an account in bank in case of proprietorship business.
