Is it true that a Licensor can always terminate/cancel the license at its will irrespective of the conditions mention in the license deed. Is there any remedy to safeguard the interest/loss of the licensee ?

Yes,U can put in suitable clauses to safeguard your interest.

License about what? Every kind of license for any particular purpose has different terms & conditions. Any license is not issued on the terms & conditions of licensee.

A license has to be got cancelled when a licensee intends to leave the trade, job or work for which the license has been issued.
