I have booked a flat 3 years back on downpayment with loan from HDFC at crossing republic ghaziabad. Possesion is expected very soon. Got a letter from the builder few days back that i need to change the flat (Internally came to know that intentionnaly / unintentianally the same flat has been alloted to 2 parties. At the time of giving possession this was detected.) Asked me Instead of 807 take 607 in the same building 2 floors down.The builder says NOC from HDFC will do the purpose and a new tripartite agreement will be made and loan will get internally transferred. Is the transfer so simple. Even if it is done whether i will be able to do the registry of the flat.
I expect NOC from HDFC next week, that is what hdfc has promised, but i have my own doubts.
I have paid the 10% booking amount and 80% was financed thru HDFC. I have already paid back half the loan amount i had taken from HDFC.
Please advise the options i have.

Dear Friends,
This matter is little urgent as I have finalised a site, hence seeking your immediate attention.
The problem: (in short)
The said site is now under BBMP (B-khata), no conversion, no approval. SC/ST sold to Mr.A in 1991 through Registered GPA,
All 200 sites were again sold by registering a GPA from Mr.A to 200 people in 1992.
In 1996/97 land owner SC/ST expired.
Mrs.B also bought a site in 1992 from Mr.A through registered GPA.
In 2006 Mrs.B registered the site in her husband Mr.B's name.
the other heirs of deceased SC/ST land lord are also giving 'Declaration letter' on stamp paper to all other site owners by taking Money as consideration.
Now, pls tell me what are the legal complication and remedies should be taken care of.
Pls reply ASAP.

Sirr, i wanna ask that, at the time of execution of agreement to sell mother was GPOA holder on behalf of her Son. Loan was snctioned in her Son's name. Now Son wants to execute sale deed in her mother's favor. is it possible..? plz suggest a way...if after executing any instrument between Mother and son....?

Respected experts,
I seek your guidance on a problem that I have. I obtained a DD for Rs.30000/- from HDFC bank against my SB account and lost the same. I went to bank the next day morning , reported the same, filled in the indemnity, franking done for Rs. 100/-, submitted and obtained the duplicate in lieu of the original. Bank people told me that the old one is now cancelled and the new one should be used.
Without my knowledge, the lost DD reached the party and they presented in a bank and when it came for clearance, my branch rejected the payment quoting that the DD was reported lost and a duplicate was issue in lieu. The party, without taking the duplicate from me, have submitted the old DD (which was said by bank as cancelled) for payment again. Now, my bank people called me and told that they have to honour the payment whereas I am not yet ready to submit the same to the party. Can you please advise me on what can be done to let me hold my payment to them?

what type of collateral security document builder would demand from flat owner/holder to pass loan for purchasing flat in his building.

Last time you have given my query`s reply satisfactory. If the 11 months leave and licence agreement failed to registered . Can i have register after 7 months?( L/L/commence from 01/06/2011) Or should I keep quite for four months to go. .I did not intend to give extention for further period of 11 months.This Leave and licence in maharashtra . and I was charging Rs. 1000/- monthly rent. i am not given him any rent receipt.How month I have to pay Registration Charges.
Please inform me.

In regards to my query one of the lawyers has asked me if I had sent the GPA from India to my daughter. Yes, the GPA was sent from Delhi, India. The query is in regards to "letter of opinion" which the bank wants in order to deal with my daughter, even though she has the GPA that I had recently sent from Delhi, India.
