we are having 3 acre of land in my father's name. in 1968 my father had taken loan called 'takkavi loan' on it.(land improvement loan) he had repaid it on 1973 and we are having receipt for same. revenue officials did not entered the details of loan taken in the "pahani"of land. my question is can we show the receipt of our loan repayment in civil case(some person had impersonated my father and got land registered to his wife's name) as an documentary evidence.
i request u all member's to give your valuable sugestion on it, with any resolved case citations

For sale of ancestral property, is it permissible by law to give one POA in favor of 3 people by legal heirs.?
Also if one POA holder expires, then is the POA valid for the other 2 to use or it becomes null & void.?

hi all,
what r the advantages of a registered will over an unregistered will.
my father has made a will in my favour but i have not yet registered it.
i have heard that registration is not necessary ten why do people go for registration of the will.

Is it possible to challenge an office order if the competent authority signed the order predated (say date, 23-05-2011) and the date of the order mentioned on the top right corner of the order is post dated (say date, 26-05-2011)?

In an agreement to sell an immovable property, father and mother was mentioned as executants in the body of the document, which ran into 5 pages of Non-Judicial stamp papers.
Father and mother put their signatures on each and every stamp paper i.e. on all 5 pages. But, their son and daughter put their signatures only on 1st page(stamp paper)
In such a case, can the children i.e. son and daughter be treated as executants to the said document?
Does the said agreement binds the children in a suit for specific performance.
Can the children be exonerated from the liability under such an agreement?

Birth certificate
On 23rd July,1998 my son was borne in village Attili in AP. I had not taken birth certificate from the concerned authorities at the time of birth. The delivery took place in home and not in any hospital. Now, for applying passport to my son, it is mandatory to have birth certificate. kindly advise me the procedure to get birth certificate from village panchayat at Attili. Thank u.
