can a mutual agreement be made of one Rupee rental pm for the mutual understanding of the parties both the companies are ltd and pvt ltd companies, in this case what shall be the heading of the agreement ? whether it will be a mutual agreement or it will be a Memorandom of understanding , whether this agreement shall be legally enforced ?

I have booked flat in my area. After the booking amount builder registered the agreement to sale in my name and also for loan purpose builder given me the loan paper documents from his side .there it’s mentioned the sister (owner of plot) residing abroad given the POA to the brother where in India and it’s just NOTARISED.
For applying for home loan I went to private bank they are checked the documents and approved loan but when I went to nationalized bank they told me that the POA between the sister and brother should be registered then only loan will approved . Now am really confused whether I go to private bank for loan or should I make the document will get registered? But the owner of plot is residing in abroad how it possible?

I am going to be married within coming 6 months.. Although, i am not ready as i have just given my CA Final Exam and waiting for my results to be declared. After passing my Ca Final Exam, i wants to get married but my father told me to married now and he(My Father) has assured me to borne all expenses of mine and my wife till i pass my CA Final Exams.
I wants to know whether i can enter into legal criteria by singing in the stamp paper along with the sign of my father. Please let me know.

i want to give the flat on rent basis i.e on leave and license basis in thane to someone but he want the flat for three years but the agreement is to expired on just in Eleven month then, whether we creat this agreement for the period of three years,

As in one of The Bank an applicant(proposed Purchaser) of the property applied for a mortgage loan.Bank as per the procedure obtained report from an advocate.advocate on scrutiny of file found that The sale-deed in fvaour of vendor (the seller) was made for an open plot and it was after the completion certiifcate hence Bank's advocate hold the file with a query that after completion open plot sale-deed was made.Thenfater The application was submitted in corporation as party said that there is a mistake in mentioning date of completion and Inward copy was submitted to bank's Lawyer.Bank Lawyer had earlier also informed regarding technicality and on basis of this application submitted his report.Bank after the procedures sanctioned the loan also but then due to dispute on some other ground purchaser refused to purchase the said property and cancelled the loan and hence Bank account closed.The seller had received the amount of consideration in part i.e.black amount and white amount.Now the purchaser is asking seller to pay him the said amount + Banks expenses against which seller is not ready to pay the bank charges amount and also telling thta contract limitation is over.Now The Purchaser advocate advising purchaser for Criminal Actions against Bank,Bank's Advocate and The Advocate who had prepared earlier sale-deed.As in this case The proposed seler has not executed sale-deed due to dispute and Bank had holded the cheque as sale-deed was not received by them.Now in this case What actions can be taken by purchaser?Yes another thing is that purchaser have taken possession of all original documents fromthe Bank.Now without entering in to sale-deed can he have such possession? Please advise.

What is the differences between the specific denial with the supporting evidences or simple denial without any specific denial. For instantce, an application under Section 340 of Cr. P. C. is filed with the photocopies/xerox copies of the supporting documentary evidences supplied by the Income Tax Department. The respective opposite party copied reproduced the aforesaid entire application in her Written Objection while made simple denial which after putting the covert on the copied or reproduced portion from the aforesaid application filed under Section 340 of Cr. P. C. the rest portion of the aforesaid particular paragraph of the said Written Objection which mentioned in the more than the 5 pages (out of 8 pages of the Written Objection) are covered mere only within 2/3 lines as follows:-
“That the statements made in the paragraph 1 to 7 of the petition under objection are not admitting to correct. Hence these are denied by the Petitioner. It is denied” “or” “or” “or” “or” “or”.

please tell me After marriage, i can file the mhada form in the previous name.I have already submitted the mhada form on my latest name & my husband name combined in the middle group. I want to file the mhada form in the lower group on the basis of my income. But i file the form in latest name then i should show husband income also.it will be came under middle group income.But i file form under lower income. So can i file it in the previous name.is it fraud? OR Can i file the mhada form in the both name (i.e. previous name & Latest name)Please guide me as early as possible.due date is 23rd

my friend is giving money to his friend for business what document is my friend is to be made to protect his money, my friends give him One receipt but his friend want Receipt must be notarized whether the Receipt is required to be notary if not then what document is to be made for this contract.
pls help
