NOC IS REQUIRED FORM THE BANK WHEN INTENED BUYER WILLING TO PURCHASE THE HYPOTHECATED Land & Building from the seller who has taken the term loan from the bank ,
Whose Noc is required from the branch or the head office?

Hello Sir,
I had took Home Loan from a bank 2 years back. Few months back, I had paid all my home loan amount to the bank and took all my necessary documents/papers from the bank.
While closing, bank issued 3 NOCs to me.
1 - For Society
2 - For Cidco
3 - For Me
I had submitted bank's NOC to society and took their acknowledgement.
Now, I have to submit bank's NOC to cidco for which cidco is demanding NOC from society. I requested society for the same however, they are asking me the format for the NOC they will issue me.
Would be very greatfull for your all if any one can help me with the format (mainly the matter which will come on NOC)

i have selected one property it mean flat and this flat amt is 12lac (6 lac cash+6 loan amt)and other expences and this project approved by uco bank (gov.under taking) and this property are in gram panchayat area .
before buying this property what precaution and legal concern i will check
pls advise sir....

A wife desires to give a notice to her husband, which should have legal force. She wants to give this notice herself instead of through any advocate. In this connection, queries are:
1. Whether there is any difference between the two situations from legal point of view.
2. Whether notice sent by wife will have the same legal force as the notice sent by an advocate.
3, Whether notice sent by wife to her husband is treated as valid by Courts.
Can anybody help?

Hello everybody , I am from Bangalore and i need to ask for some legal advice. My full name is Richard Thundiyel John. This is how it is in the passport and in all other educational certificates its just Richard John. Now i want to change my name to Reed Richard Thundiyel John on my passport, actually add one more name to my first name. Will there be any problem for me in the future as i am planning to go to Australia for higher education, i mean will the embassy accept this, as my educational degree doesn't have my new added name or will it create any problems for me in the future? Dear All,
I have a query.I am working in a steel manufacturing company and in our factory we have taken power. the lines are passing from some other comany's land who have not objected to these from 8 years but now they want an undertaking that we are paying them a lumpsum amount as a opportunity cost and an amount of 3000/- everymonth since that past date and pls an undertaking that we will vacate the land without coerrcion at any moment of time when they need for revival. please help me all in drafting of this undertaking. Its very urgent.

Sir I have cleared my B.com 1.5yrs back, am currently a Law Student.
I want to open my own office with one of my friend, for providing accounting, tax and legal service.
Can I open my office with B.com Degree and what is the procedure to get register with the local authority?
Is there any restriction for name of firm?

I was working with one C A firm for 2.5 yrs, one day i got call for interview from another organization. I told my employer about that. After getting offer i was ready to serve notice period but they become angry and told me to leave job on same day. I asked for experience certificate but they denied. After that I made fake experience certificate with fake signature (but with the correct content) and submitted in my new co. But I got caught during the verification for making fake letter. I committed a mistake of making fake sign but I was not having any other option in that case. So can I take any legal action for not providing me experience certificate. I am ready to accept my mistake.

Supplementary agreement
Whether Supplementary Agreement can be executed in respect of already registered Leave and License Agreement?
As per my understanding answer is negative as per Section - 4 of the Bombay stamp Act, 1958.
