Suit for specific performance of agreement of sale decreed. Whether stamp duty for registration is payable on sale consideration in the agreement of sale or present market value?

Dear respectful advisors,I am from tamil nadu.My father owned five acres of agri land.He passed away in 1994. my father had five children, two male and three female including me and I am the elder son. One of my sister passed away in 1989.she got married and she also had four children two male and two female.Till now the total asset is in the name of my father.At present we have only the death certificate of my father.we don't have heir certificate Now the two sisters and the heirs of my late sister are ready to give release deed over my father's land to both of the brothers. At present they are ready to sign.we don't have heir certificate.What is the procedure for getting release deed from them? I came to know that getting heir certificate take a long time.Due to some reasons we are in urgent.please help me.

is it possible to get release deed on ancestor property without heir certificate? If it is possible, is this valid?

Hi Experts,
AICTE has recognized DOEACC C-Level programme as equivalent to M.Tech/M.E. in Computer Science in a letter to Gwalior High Court. Will this document along with my certificate of C-Level is sufficient to prove that C-Level is equivalent to M.E./M.Tech.
Will there be any legal issues?

1.Does a Unregistered Will acceptable as evidence in Court of law /provide title in any transaction- say name change,claim for any property etc?.
2.Should all legal heirs be informed about the existence of will and actions carried out based on it?
3.Does there exist a necessity to bring all legal heirs into the picture or can some be left uninformed(Daughter getting married against family's will)?.
4.If the Date of Registration of Will is not known is there any simple way to obtain a copy of the Will by(Daughter getting married against family's will and in no touch with family members)?

Thanks for your comments to my to-day's query on the above subject.The executantant is having PAN .She is now studying in USA and presently in India staying in a Flat hired by her father.She may remain out of India for some more years.The executantant desires to give the power to her father to purchase any immovable property on her behalf.Pl. advice if the deed is executed in South Delhi and if presently she has no property,can the GPA be executed at any place in Delhi.

Can GPA be registered at any place in Dehi ,if the executantant,who is an NRI temporarily lives in South Delhi in a rented accomodation and presently does not own any immovable property .The GPA inter-alia contains power to acquire/dispose off immovable property?

Supreme court agrrement
Dear Sir,
my husband is no more so my inlaws filed a case against me for his benefits.
as per the agreement entered in the concialiation centre of high courton order of supreme court.i was suppsed to be paid the amount and after receipt within 30 days i will give them the NOC to claim any dues from the company.
but now they r refusing to give the money until i give an NOC that i have received all money from them.
can any legal action be taken.
please advice
