Sir,
I have published my name change in gazette of India. But, still Karnataka Govt departments like RTO, Education board etc are demanding Court Decree. They are not accepting the gazette. Kindly guide me the next course of action.

i appear in golden chance examination of diploma ( mechanical engineering ) pass out. i awarded by 21 marks from the technical board. and need 9 marks for clear the subject. then i apply for the photocopies of my answersheet under the rti act 2005. to the registrar (pio). and he deny for photocopies and said yu can only see th paper.on next date i saw my paper there is " two question is checked of (15 marks)". but no marks is declared on the answer sheet. then i request to registrar there is two unnumbered answeres, kindly examine and rectify the result. he say what can i do. my duty is only to show the paper . you go anywhere .i cant do anything. and say no rule exist to reaward the marks in rti. Sir kindly suggest me what can i do now. and appeal authority nothing do any thing. he said i call a examiner yu come on .... date when i go on next date. he say examiner is not coming now what can i do. Sir if yu have judgement of supreme court for potocopies of answersheet and evaluation of paper. kindly provide me or link. and suggest me the right way

My friend had suffered a Brain stroke on 31-7-12, this has caused major damage/ disability; it has caused paralysis of the right side of the body, & Paralysis of Throat due to this he cannot swallow, He has (Tracheostomy), hence we are not sure about his speech. He is very alert/ active, understands everything, Brain is working well, he has his mood swings get into depression due to his health & loneliness. he is bed ridden.
He is single, mother is 78 with poor health conditions, immobile, his relation with elder sister & her family is not very good, but currently she is taking care of his medical requirement. Since there was no Nominee in his bank account, the Bank legal team has taken his thumb impression & now issuing great amount in (lacs) to his Mother.
Does Legal law permits for a thumb impression in such a condition? Secondly Family wants to adopt similar pattern to give his office on lease or even may sell his property /cars for want of money. He is not happy with this arrangement because he doesn’t believe his family.
Can I get help! For him, what is the right way of going about since I am naive, not aware of legal procedures & formalities.

I have some problem regarding loan department of bank,I have apply for loan my document is fail in the time of verification.I am a renter i gave rent agreement to bank,and problem was my house manger is give me the document sign by him of the signature landlord,Which is not in my knowledge before applying.when bank verification person say to my owner for match the signature with original certificate then my owner signature is fail then my owner resign the own signature on verification document.Now bank is saying that i have document with two signature and fire on me and demand 10000k for penalty which is 2 % of loan amount.What can i do?

sir i have the following two doubts please enlight me sir.
a. sir xerox true copies obtained under right to information act is admissble in evidence in family cases.?
b. sir civil case documents are admissible in criminal cases.?

i applied some of the documents from police station under right to information act. the other side is very much influncial preson in the society. i had applied again the same set of copies once again under right to information act from police station, but i received one covering letter from police station that the records are not available due to damage. i asked seven documents, but i received only two from the documents what i asked. sir now how to prove my case without dose documents. they only raised subject to objection before the court. still subject to objection is not fulfiled in the mean while this happend. sir please give the suggestion what legal action i can taken against police. sir if original document is missing then will court considerds the documents which i filed ealier as true copies. is there any citation admisibility of this type of documents when original is missing. and what action i can take against the police.
