I want to appoint my cousin in India as my POA to attend my court hearings in India. I am curently resident in the UK and I have prepared a POA through UK solicitor (Commissioner of Oaths). I would like to know whether this document to be get attested by Indian High Commission ?

If one partner of partnership firm want to give powers to sell the immovable property of the said firm and make Power of Attorney in favour of another partner what would be the Stamp Duty as per Bombay Stamp Act. and it should get registered in the office of sub-registrar?

i have sold my flat through POA and sale deed before Supreme court order. but cud not do registration in time. Now the purchaser has slold it to third person again through poa and sale deed. but now society is saying it is not legal. they are asking for registered documents and not allowing the third owner to enter the society. They say that as per their records, still i m the owner of the flat and I have to paye maintenance/renovation fund to society. How to resolve this ? Pl. help.

Recently I have heard that in Delhi State the pecuniary jurisdiction of property below 2 crores is to be tried in district courts.
Please provide exact information whether such decision has been taken and being implemented in Delhi and property cases which were earlier pending for adjudication in the Hon'ble High Court being returned to lower courts accdly.

my friend has instituted a partition suit and the suit was decreed in his favour and has got 1/7th share in that but he has not gone for an ep... and other 6/7th share is being divided into his father and his two brothers and three sisters... my friend lives on the ground floor of the property and its a three storied building and he wants to occupy the said portion and he asked one of his sister to give her share and she is ready also but my friend is not getting which kind of document is to be prepared among him and his sister so that there shall be no future litigations among him and her legal heirs and other shareholdrs in the property without executing an ep...

Hello, there is a mistake (typo) in PAN Number in my index 2.
Q is Is builder also required for getting it corrected or can I my self get it done.
Sale deed aggrement has the right PAN number where as Index 2 has typo error.
If I dont get it corrected what kind of problem can occur in future.

Dear Friends,
An Irrevocable Power of Attorney (POA)has be executed by A in favor of B to manage his landed property including the power to file the suit in the City Civil Court.
Now A proposes to revoke the POA given to B.
Can the Irrevocable POA be revoked?
If yes, what is the procedure.
