Company not issueing releving letter,exp letter

Hi Experts,

Here is my problem I left the company on March 1st 2012 my last working day at company is April 30 2012 .In this time i have serviced notice period of two months .I was went to on site so some claims are pending from the company .Company have to pay 50k to me.so,I have waited to for the same .this is Jan 2013 almost 9 months completed till now they are not cleared my claims and not issuing any relieving letter/exp letter .please suggest what i do now .till now they are saying they will working on it will resolve the issue soon.

Dear Experts,

I have just cleared my LLB in 2012 from one of the South Mumbai College.

I am a fresher in law field and I need some guidance. Kindly please let me know how should what technique should I adopt to improve my reviewing of various legal documents.
for eg Service agreements, manpower agreements, support agreements, lease agreements, employment agreements.

Please let me know the important points to keep in mind while reviewing the above mentioned documents.

Also suggest me any book which I should read and refer for improving my drafting and reviewing.

As an exercise I have already started reading executed documents.

Please suggest and guide.

i had sent an appication alongwith photocopy of death certificate to aditya birla money ltd for closing the demat/trading accout. they have returned the letter with following remarks:
"Original notory seal requied in death certifate"
can notory certify death certificate? I understand tha birth death certificate are not certified by notory. Pl. confirm
