A friend of mine is emigrating to USA. His wife expired and for applying for American citizenship, he has to submit her death certificate with the American Government authorities.
His wife's death certificate is in Marathi but he requires the same in English. Is there a specific Indian body/organisation/person which/who he should approach to get the death certificate translated to English and which will be valid in a foreign country? Death certificate in a regional Indian language is not being accepted.

Respected Experts,
QUERY:
LEASE AGREEMENT being entered into between two Indian Parties, one being an Individual(Couple)(LESSOR) and the other being a Company(LESSEE)
The situation is that the LEASED PREMISES will be for exclusive residential use of the employee of the Company, who is an NRI.
MY MOST IMPORTANT QUESTION IS:
A. Will his NRI status affect the leasing procedure?;
B. Does any documents are required from the employee side?;
C. What important clauses shall be included in the LEASE DEED.
D. Also please inform the necessary approvals, registrations and permissions to be taken for him.
Thanking you all in advance.

Dear All,
I have brought an injuction order against my licensee prohibiting him from sub licensing the property. However he has gone against the said Order and sub licensed the property. I have filed a Contempt petition against him. I visited the website of the sub licensee, wherein it is stated that his office address is my property (which has been sub licensed to him). My Query is, can I get Notary to certify that web page of his web site. I enquired with several Notaries and they have refused to give a Notarized copy / True Copy of this web page stating that such notarization is not allowed under the Notary Act. Kindly advise whether such notarization / certification can be done. This will as you can conclude from the above prove to be a very important evidence against my Licensee.
Thanking in anticipation.

Dear Sir/s, In rule 09 Part I, Rules made under the code of civil procedure Chapter I of civil rules of practice it is mentioned that "9. List of documents filed along with the plaint. - Every plaint shall at the foort thereof, contain a list to be signed by the plaintiff or his pleader, of the documents filed therewith in Form 7, or a statement, signed as aforesaid that no document is filed therewith" My query here is either each & every page of the document submitted to the court has to be signed by the plaintiff / any of the person concerned or only Form 7? If not signed in all the pages any additions can also be done in the footnote after submission. Possibilities arises here to include any of the statement in the below if each and every page is not signed. Please send me the rulings if any? Please suggest your views on the same.

Difference in certified copy from the main deed.
Respected Sir/Madam,
I was gifted a residential property in 2009. In the main print of the main deed my lawyer forgot to write my PAN number and also made a mistake on the plot number, but the registrar was kind enough to point out those mistakes and hence provided my lawyer an opportunity to write my PAN number with hand in capital letters & also change to the correct plot number (before the registration process starts) and eventually the person who was gifting me the property signed on both the places respectively.
These changes were not made (due to hurry) on the set of photocopy of the main deed which is required to be submitted to the registration office during the registration process, as because the photocopy was taken before the changes were made.
Hence, will there be any problem in future if the original deed does not match with its certified copy ?
