Hi, I started a private limited company 2(in Year 2011)years back and plans didnt work at that time and my venture didnt fly. There were no financial transactions in these 2 years and I didnt submit any IT returns in due period.
Now, I do see chances that some work can be started under this company.
Question 1:
Do I need to start any process with Government to see if my company is alive there? Or actions necessary every year to keep company alive in case no work is happening.
I checked on mca.gov.in and I dont have any login details to get into the system
Question 2:
People who had helped me to register my company are not in touch right now, even for my Director info page, their email id is mentioned. How can I replace it with my email id?
I would sincerely appreciate if you can help me to be on right path.

Dear Sirs,
I have entered into an agreement of sale for selling my ancestral agricultural property. I have three married sisters and two married daughters. I want to get a Special Power of Attorney deed so that my sisters and daughters do not have to come to the registrar's office. Is it necessary to get this deed registered. thanks.

Sir,
My passport was made when I was a minor and renewed once when also I was a minor (16 yrs). Now I am 27 and my PP has expired, which I want to get renewed.
My problem is that my DOB in PP is 15 Jan 86, which is my correct DOB and a Birth Certificate was submitted at the time of getting the PP made. But in all my school certificates and 10th std mark-sheet, the DOB is 15 May 86.
Can I get the DOB in my passport changed as per my school records and if yes, how? Will it have any legal implication on me or my parents? Thanks for your kind reply.

Respected Sir/Madam,
I am planning to buy a resale property in Pune. The owners (both husband and wife) are not in India and currently in US. The owner has given the Power of Attorney (POA) to his father in law(FIL) who resides in Pune. On verifying found that the POA does not mention any point that authorizes the FIL to sell the property. I have now asked the FIL to get the new POA. What I have so far understood is that the owners can go to the Consulate and create a POA and send it to India. My queries are
a. Whether is this the right procedure to get the POA
b. Does this POA need to directly come from the Consulate once prepared or the owner in US can send it across to avoid and tempering
c. Once we get the POA here in India, can we register it ? If not will the notarized POA sufficient enough ?
d. Any other important point that I need to take care.

I am a fresh LLB passout.
I need you expert advice.
What are the Important points to be kept in mind and reviewed and vetted from the Legal point of view in the lease deed which runs into odd 60 pages, which makes it a bit difficult to review minutely.
Should it be Payment of taxes, Arbitration, Payment of Rent & Other Charges and like wise.

Respected sir,
I have filed 4 applications viz, Suit, Injunction,(to stop disposing the premises to other party) Deposit of rent and Experte order against landlord (as he has not attended) and my mother (residing in out station, so I made her formal party) and I don't want to give her any tensions, Sir, my applications are pending from last 6 months and now the defendant (my brother)has been taken power of Attorney from my mother and he has filed w/s of both of them, can I take power of Attorney from my mother that can I make(transpose) her now as the Plaintiff, please advice me, and can I make the third party as Defendant, please advice me(as my room has been disposed).

Change of name in passport
The name present in my passport is SHAAD SHAKEEL AHMED s/o SHAKEEL AHMED,
but i want to change it to SHAAD SHAKEEL AHMED MANIYAR s/o SHAKEEL AHMED MANIYAR due to my surname MANIYAR being present on all of my marks card and degrees.
please tell me the procedure to rectify this,
I will greatly be thankful to you if i get some information or some contact of someone who can help me in this matter.
