I am looking for answer to following doubts/questions:
Q1 : What is Agreement stamp?
Q2 : What is the difference between Agreement Stamp & Paper Stamp Paper for Deep/Affidavite etc.??
Q3 : Memorandum of Marriage Guajrat Form asking to affix agreemnt stamp of Rs.100???? what does it means??

How can a partnership deed be changed when there is no such clause of removing one partner?
My jiju is doing adultary and divorce case is going on between my sister and jiju.They have a partnership farn registerd in my didi's name.My didi want's to remove my jiju from the farm..What is the procedure?
Can she return him his investments and remove?
If all other partners agree than can she remove?
Please suggest.

I have filed a pvt. complaint against the police at the Metropolitan Magistrate (MM) Court few months back, for their inaction regarding a criminal complaint filed at a police station.
However, recently when I tried submitting the appropriate application along with necessary fees at the MM Court to obtain certified copies of the case filing and Roznama, the MM Court declined to give me an acknowledgement of receipt of the application and the fees in cash - which means I would neither have any document as a proof/acknowledgement of my application-cum-fee payment in cash, nor could I question the MM Court on the expected date of receipt of the certified copies of the filing and Roznama.
Please advise on how do I procure the certified copies without being cheated of my money and time.

If a house is purchase in joint names and the agreement is silent on share of each owner then can it be assumed as 50% share i.e equal in case of 2 co-owners.....even if entire payment is made from one of the owners??

I am living in Chennai for past 6 years, I have applied for passport in tatkal quota this week, but they have rejected my documents since I don’t have some A2I document. But I have submitted my Community certificate which is in my native address. But another guy told that my HR letter was digitally signed, it’s not acceptable like that.
So which one is best to get passport to apply here in Chennai, or in my native (I have voter id, DL, and all documents with my native address). Please advise me to proceed further on this situation. Note I want passport urgently. Thanks.

My father is having an ancient property (land) in pune dist. After the death of my grand father in 1980 the name of my father and his siblings was mentioned on 7/12 abstract. My two uncles already. Sold their share from this property in 1991 and 1996 to a party without any information to my father. Now this party shows us a registered sathe khat (agreement to sell) executed in 1980 between my grand father and the party mentioning that we have to sell my property to this party only. But since 1980 we have not received any legal notice or any follow up to make any kind of sell agreement fo this prop. From the above said party. Now as a main owner my fathers name is reflecting on 7/12 abstract with his share. My father is saying that he or his father was not made any sathe khat for above mentioned deal. Please let me know how i will check the truthiness of above said registeregd.Sathe khat (agreement to sell)....? …..And if it is true ...will it valid after almost more than 30 years of execution.....as no any follow up is taken by the said party.....?.

Dear learned brothers, pls clarify this issue wherein my my client has entered agreement of sale (unregistered) with builder for purchasing of flat and till date has paid 80% by availing bank loan now my client has personal problem so he not interested to continue the deal so builder is ready to cooperate and enter the deal with third party and one person is ready to purchase it since sale deed is not happened with my client because it is expensive so in this scenario how my client can come of the deal, which document he has to execute and get his money and pass clear title to new purchaser, tks.
