Respected Lawyers
I need a way out to prove in court that my tenant my tenant hasn't opened the shop since last 11 yrs. It's true that he hasn't opened it, and my neighbours won't be cooperative enough to vouch the truth in court and the electricity connection has been disconnected since 2007..Will it be of any use and as soon as he gets the notice of filing the case, he will open the shop..
so before sending the case notice I want to secure a solid proof that he hasn't opened the shop..
Kindly suggest...urgently
Where do we have to register a will, we stay in Ghatkopar. Mumbai
Can we make 4 equal copies , so that each son gets one ?
What are charges of Registration ?
How to make and send the Nomination?
If the Society is not formed, then we can make the nomination with mother signature in the name of all the four son and send by registered A/D to the society person who is taking the maintainance ?

Hi Sir,
I have a problem in my name change and need your suggestion :
After completing B.Com. In the year 2010 December I changed my name from M Sanjay to Ravi Pravin. I did affidavit notary and published in two newspaper. After that i approached the state Gazette they said that government will print only name change of the govt officials not public. I Changed my name in Passport, DL, election id card it took more than two years to change in these documents.
Recently I approached to get my birth Certificate they ignored my affidavit notary and they said to get magistrate certificate of name change but i gave them my passport copy but they are not accepting anything.
Now, I am in a dilemma should i again do the process of getting magistrate certificate of name change and publishing in two newspapers and approaching the national gazette ?
OR only the magistrate certificate is enough ? instead of two news paper publications and national gazette publication ?
Should i also change my name in SSLC, PUC and BCOM markscards ?
Also, will the magistrate Certificate should have my photo on it ?
Please let me know your thoughts.
Thanks,
Ravi Pravin

Respected Sir,
I am intending to purchase a room in NEWLY BUILT CHAWL at KOPAR (EAST). Construction is done by 4 persons in partnership by purchasing land from another person. On my inquiry, i have been informed that this area is covered under KDMC and copy of 7-12 produced before me. Now my query is:
1. What document I should check to confirm whether it is a legal or illegal construction?
2. From where and how to inquire about any future projects on that place by govt?
3. What type of another precautions to be taken before finalizing the deal?
Your immediate and appropriate response is highly expected and will be appreciated...
Thanks and regards

MY BUILDERR GAVE AFFIDAVITS TO ALL FLAT OWNERS WHO HAVE PURCHASED CAR PARKINGS IN 2002 and 2003. I have purchased one flat in the year 2006 i.e., second sale. the builder has not given any affidavit for car parking to the flat owner from whom I have purchased flat. But a car parking place was alloted to my flat and I am enjoying car parking in silt area. Now the builder who is in pent house over written my car parking allotment no with some other flat no. by creating an affidavit using old stamp papers purchased by one of the building partner with old date. Butin my east side carparking document west side border was written my flat no.car parking.
Wether unregistered affidavits are valid valid or not. A proof of boarder on east side document is sufficient to deal my case. please advice I am from Hyderabad. I will contact the advocate in the matter any advocate who will help me. my email address vsrao43@gmail.com ph.no.9441745369
