sir,
what is the validity period of non-judicial stamp papers in Delhi state.
Although its already cleared by the supreme court of India in his judgement dated 19-02-2008 in the case of Thiruvengada Pillai vs. Navaneethammal and Anr.,i.e. the stamp papers do not have any expiry period.
But it could be according to the Indian Stamp Act 1899.
does it vary from state to state.
Thank You

If we want to give house on rent and we make agreement of 11 months and if tenant does not vacate the house, then what action we can take against him, is it punishable . I mean to say what is the strength of the agreement. What does the law permits?.
How long we can extend the agreement of 11 months to be on safer side.If we need to vacate house in the mid term say after 3 months , then can agreement be cancelled ?.
If we do not make any agreement , the what does law save from not vacating the house.
Thanks

Hi,
I worked with one CMM level 5 company for 3 years, Now company asked me to resign because I put 2 years fake experience and I joined in that organization. But in these 3 years I worked well and I got excellent contribution from my company. But suddenly they took my written statement as I joined company with fake experience. They said that In the experience letter they will mention as " Misrepresentation of facts" this will effect my future i know it. Company also said that they will give me full salary till date as a final settlement.
company satisfied with my work till date.
I Accept that I did wrong because as soon my career started , their was a recession which effected all my friends career too.
I kept fake experience from one company, that company itself gave me experience letter as I worked. I didnt keep fake experience without that company knowledge.
But I am worrying that will they book any criminal case on me in future as they had my written statement.
And also secondly please let me know what would be the severity of the issue. I mean to say under which act it will come.
I am depressed a lot and I never repeat such again.
