Hi all experts.
I have a query regarding the cheapest solution for registering property in name of grandson. here are the events
grand father divided property in 1987 to all four sons and gave them one independent house each in Nagpur Maharashtra.
Grandfather chose to leave with my father till his death 2005. unfortunately my father did not get the property in his name. my 3 Uncles were smart enough to put their names on property. my father passed away in 2010. We intimated this to city survey and the property card now have names of my 3 uncles and me and my mother and my sister's name. I am back in India after working in Germany for last 3 years and want to construct more floors on the property.
my uncle and my family ALL are willing to release their share in the property in my name and are ready to sign any document/deed either notorized or registered for doing this.
I asked local lawyers and getting mixed response regarding stamp duty and type of deed.
My question
What is the best and cheapest way to get my name on the property
Thanks in advance.

As per MSMED act 2006, the licence has to be renewed after every 5 years. I am confused about all the small scale industries which were registered before this act. For example; a SSI registered in 1979. Are they required to renew their certificates/licences or register themselves under this act in order to avail the benefits of MSMED?
Kindly help me with any provision related to this.
P.S.- I was under impression that all the SSI will be considered under the aforementioned Act. Is it so?
Dear Experts,
we have purchased a Stamp Paper on 25-05-2013 for execution of rent Agreement. My query is can we make the agreement effective from a past date say 01-01-2013 or a future date say 01-10-2013. Is there any time limit for using the stamp paper ie expiry of paper.
Please guide on urgent basis.
Okay, I received a legal document from Tatadocomo saying that I haven't paid my bill of 5344 from the february of 2013. That is indeed true but only because I left mumbai on october and moved to Gujarat. In gujarat I used to pay my bill in a photon booth cause my connection was taken in mumbai and because I could never view my online bill. My bill online always shows 0 and when I call customer care, they say that you can view your bill online through your account. I told them repeatedly that I cannot view my bill but they would say there is a problem with my computer. I also asked them why I never received paper bill and they say it was sent. Then they sent another one for 100 rupees but I never received that either. Then I left Mumbai and stayed in gujarat until January and then left for Assam where they do not have tata docomo network as a result I cannot pay my bill in cash, online or over the phone. Now I received the legal notice which gave me 7 days time to pay off my bill or a criminal case would be registered. Asked me to call one Mr. Manish Rathor to pay off my bill with the number. The mail was delivered in my spam folder and I only saw it when I was completing my registration for Readers digest the cmfirmation mail of which was sent to the spam folder in the 5th day. So I had 2 days left. As a result I only knew it in the 5th day when I did not even have time to properly do something. I called the number provided for Mr. Rathod and no avail. The number rings and rings countless times but no one receives. I called for 3 days simultaneously whenever I got time as I am in the hospital all the time due to my fathers heart attack. I wrote to the advocate who sent me the notice 3 times requesting information on what to do now that I was unable to pay and to inform me of any other way if possible but no replies there either. Now I am completely helpless and feel like as if tatadocomo is doing this all intentionally in order to reap off the money from me which includes extra like the notice fee and late fee which I okay to pay off but this stupid website doesn't accept my payment where I cannot see the bill but just make a payment blindly without actually knowing your bill.
I seriously need help here as to what I can do and what I should do!

Hi
My father got divorced according to islamic law in 1997, and then through civil court in 2003.
His ex wife still continues to this day use his name and also in her indian passport she had renewed in 2005, she has has used my fathers name.
Is there such a law that prohibits her from using his name as using my fathers name in some way confirms she is stll attached to my father?
Does the indian passport office allow this or is this against the rules of making a passport application?
