I have two questions
1.Can a SC/ST candidate give her or his power of attorney to a general candidate?
2.what is the general law governing all these power of attorneys?

I filed a complaint at Consumer forum from my resided address. The case is pending before forum for decision and OPs are already set exparte, i have to file my Written Arguments in next hearing..... In this situation i have shifted my residence to a nearby new address within the jurisdiction of the forum recently.... now, my questions are
1. May i submit this change of address to forum in the form of A MEMO?
2. Should i file it as a CMP (petition affidavit) so that it will be served to exparte for their information/records?.
3. Kindly consider the above said same 2 questions IN CASE OF A CIVIL SUIT I FILED BEFORE A CIVIL COURT AS PLAINTIFF AND DEFENDANTS BEEN ATTENDING THE COURT .....please give your advise for submission of change address of plaintiff in this case also.
4. should i mention under what section im filing ( Order Rule of CPC).. if so pls indicate.
5. Kindly indicate in case any standard format / proforma is available for this purpose.
6. any other views /advise pls

May I know what all kind of licenses do I need to open a club in Karnal (Haryana).
Club will have:
1. Have stay facilities (rooms).
2. Serve Food (restaurant)
3. Serve Liquor
4. Swimming pool
5. Game centre
6. In house music (bands or groups/ sometimes plain music).
Plus all other requirements needed to open a club.

hello
i wanted to enter into leave and licence agreement for 19 years and i wanted to get the same registered with sub registra office in goa after paying all the stamp duty on it as per lease deed.
but i don't wont that said agreement to be called as leased deed and also i don't wont to create any right by adverse possession in my property.
what is the best way to save my property from the lessee and also what clause should i put in the agreement so that the lessee wont have any right over my property.

Dear Experts,
I have purchased an under-construction flat in Greater Noida, registry of which will be done on completion of Flat in Nov. 2014. In love & affection I made my mother a co-owner in the same. Though she has not paid any sum for the same, even EMI are paid through my bank accounts. A month back my mother has expired. Now I want to know how can I get the same under my name completely. What documents are required on my part to get the property completely in my name. Please help what should I do?

my name is venkateswarlu, Hyderabad.
i executed a sale deed and GPA for hand loan i paid back amount to the person. he promised to cancel the registered GPA the next day and he did not give me receipt for amount i paid. but i have witness with whom i went to pay the money. he is ready to give witness. since then the person is evading to come to registration office to cancel the GPA. now he is threatening to give me notice to vacate my flat. it is a irrevocable GPA. what options left for me. to get it cancelled. pl advice me i am in lot of mental tension. it will be grateful to you. thanks to lawyers club India for this facility.

if a complainant / person produces a photocopy of certain document in the courts , is it considered Primary evidence or a legitimate / legal document in the eyes of the Law .
the accused has denied that any such doucments as submitted /produced by the complainant was ever given by him to the complainant.

A has got residential flat in his own name. Tax receipt is in his name. He wants to add his wife's name alongwith his name. What legal document he needs to execute? Kindly advise. Regards.
