Hi Sir, I plan to buy one Villa in a Community but it selling by a Company.(they bought and used for 3 years now it is on second sale)so some of my friends are telling they may give power of the property to many.Here My Question is how to know the owners of the particular patta in online by its survey number and how to prepare sale deed? please let me know somebody Thanks in Advance.

Dear Sir/Madam,
My Father had a Property (30 X 40) and was the GPA holder (Not registered in Sub registratar office. It was a Notarized copy) . In 2003, it was registering on my name based on the GPA and i have the Original Sale deed, Khata Certificate/Extract and Paid Tax till 2013-2014.
I am in process of constructing house and in need of Bank Loan. They are asking the GPA copy for which we dont have any more (mispalced) and property registered in my name for the last 10 years. I have the following questions, Please advise.
1. How do i convince Bank that the GPA copy is missed ?
2. Can i get a copy of the same from sub registrar office ?. As we have provided the same while registering on my name.
3. Also, Once it is registered in my name, is the GPA is still valid ?.
Please advise.

Dear sir myself pravin, approach to one project of real estate at Thane in grampanchyat area kalher taluka bhiwandi, i want to ask that what are the documents reqiured and from grampanchayat and who gives the permission for construction Also project marketing team showed me blue print withour approved stamp on name of land owner different from builder name , however they also provide me 7/12 where name of land owner same as per 7/12 exhist, only purchase aggrement available with builder name . is it ok to bye property in this project

I'm about to submit documents to Court for a Court Order. I was informed that all the Originals need to be submitted. But I found that there are some documents for which I do not have Originals (not even the photocopy). But I have details for those entities.
Can I still submit for getting Court Order ?

After 6 month matter not traced by.
I seek information from p.i.o sp office all brief but p.o.i have submitted some written statement but these are not match with my information reply I have sent reminder to Dated 14-10-13 same but no information given to me dated 28-10-13 reply me same of above then all call details are available in the police file but police not want to provide these all information due to setting up with criminals of S.i Sita ram if police provide these all information to me police officer think that relation of police can disclose
For natural justice these all information are important for me
9.Grounds for this appeal:
1-Because the investigation regarding the matter is over 6 month does not impede any process of investigation or prosecution
but rather it is to assist the fair and impartial proceedings under the relevant procedure.
2-Because no document can be classified arbitrarily as secret or confidential except as provided for in the act.
3-Because the information sought are absolutely in the R.t.i Act 2005
4- Because that is beyond the purview of section -8 (H) of the Rti Act and Official Secret Act,
5-Because as disclosed in the letter of police,the gimnies are can not provide to complainant under R.T.I Act 2005 8(h) I.P.C 172 but can view in our office if we can view any documaents from files also can get them
in this case police has been submitted in the court have declared absconder proclaimed to all accused. that no investigation are pending .
Hence nothing remains confidential.

6-Because the question of security does not arise. Every information or evidence given by any person
7-Because even the press and news media are revealing the facts mechanically which means every
information is being given to them by police but it refuses to give information to the complainant ,
thus double standard can not be applied.
8- Because the report is that on his basis of which the higher authorities have approved to put up in the court ,
can not be held to be confidential .It is part of investigation and case diary.

Absence of LINK DOCUMENTS IN ANY DOCUMENT FOR REGISTRATION for Transfer of property invalidates the Transfer Document As per a sub registrar
Every sub registrar of any Registration Department primarily checks the link Documents before registration.
Hence my query is can we effect a Document for transfer any property without link documents ? Is the sub Registrar correct in saying that unless link documents checked a document for transfer of property can be accepted for Registration?

dear Sirs ,
if my vendor's lawyer issues a legal notice u/s 138 of the N.I act against a cheque for which Stop payment has been done 2 months back and an Email sent to my client already for the sme matter.
Worst , when a legal notice was served from my side to my vndor asking them to return advance and th PDC cheqes , the vndor got the chequespresented.
bank returned cheque reasoing "Stop Payment".
and , the Kind lawyer of my vendor issued me a notice u/s 138 , "insufficient funds".
what can be done with his lawyer.
