How to know about the property's original owner/s?

Hi Sir, I plan to buy one Villa in a Community but it selling by a Company.(they bought and used for 3 years now it is on second sale)so some of my friends are telling they may give power of the property to many.Here My Question is how to know the owners of the particular patta in online by its survey number and how to prepare sale deed? please let me know somebody Thanks in Advance.

if you are buying a villa you can afford legal fees . contact a local lawyer . he will take search of property , take inspection of documents , prepare sale deed

Thanks a Lot. I already did the verification by the Lawyer. Can I get the sample of sale deed for a property in TamilNadu or else any body let me know what are the things to be checked with th Sale deed?
