Hi,
Do commercial agreements between one company and another, say for example, an agreement to develop software. Is there a stamp duty to be paid or can it be just on company letter head?? Appreciate your clarification on this?

My Salary when I applied for the Konkan Board Lottery in May 2012 was Rs 20,000/- p.m. I came to know that Mhada Requires Income certificate for eligibility purpose. So I have recently applied for the same but today my salary is 30,000/- p.m.
What should i do ?
I have already submitted by docs as per current salary slip. Will Mhada Accept it?
Please let me know as i need this flat very urgently.

Hello Sir,
I applied for PAN card 4 years back, but did not receive the same, after that i applied 3 times, but did not receive either.
I don't have a single PAN card out of those 4, what should I do? I never deposited Tax on any PAN. Due to not having any PAN card currently my employer deducts double amount of Tax from my salary.
Please suggest, will I have to pay penalty of 10000/- or there is any other way to get out of this problem, I never deposited tax on any PAN.
Ministry of Commerce has issued a Notification on 12th August 2013 allowing transfer of properties in SEZ as follow:
a) the unit has held a valid Letter of Approval as well as lease of land for at least a period a of five years on the date of transfer.
Question:
has held a valid LOA
At the time of Transfer
At least for a period of five years
Authority say that on the date of transfer one should have a valid Letter of Approval.
We contend that 'has held' relate to a past period and one is eligible if he has a valid letter of approval for a period of five years in the past. The eligibility of five years should have been completed at any point of time He may not have a valid LOA on the date of transfer.

It is requested to clarify whether R C book can be issued by the registering authority to a purchaser of second hand car/vehicle with the Insurance Policy or without Insurance Policy and indicate relevant rule/sections of the A P M.V. Act

Hello,
My father has a business and due to old age and diseases he got a POA made in the court on Rs.100/- stamp paper and got it notarial registered. But recently one of my friends told me that POA has to be registered.
I am from Mumbai and he told me that it is done at the registrars office.
Can you please advice whether the one which my father has made is valid or will i have to prepare a duly registered POA at the registrar.
Thanks.
