There was executed a partnership deed on dated 29.9.1998 on stamp paper dated 14.8.1998 ( i.e date of stamp paper is after the date of execution) of Rs. 100/- and the deed was get done notarised on date 25.4.2000, (i.e. notarised after approx. 20 months of execution). The partnership is not registered with the registerar of firms.
The firm is doing no business. Please, tell me, what is validity of the partnership deed.

Dear sir (s),
We are getting the registration of flat done jointly. In the conveyance deed buyer is denoted as '' Sublessee'' but in case of joint registration, do we need to mention it as '' sub lessees''.

I am Shrikant Jain from Khandwa ,Madhya Pradesh . I need your expert advice on a person having two surname .Our family surname is “ Saraf” and cast surname is “Jain” and my father’s education certification are with SARAF ( Family Surname) i.e. Dr. Shreyans Saraf and later he started using cast surname and all the other national identities, certificates, Ration card are as “ JAIN” i.e. Dr. Shreyans Jain.
In fact I have mentioned my father’s name Dr. Shreyans Jain in my all documents , Identities ,educational certificates.
Now my father have to apply for Indian Passport , so suggest me by which name he use to apply and does he need any affidavit to present to passport office for his two surnames and if I call his on dependent visa to any other country , then at that time will it be problem for us.
Kindly advice .

And if agreement need to resister in registration office or NOTARY is enough for the same.

Sir,
In 1972 my Grand Father bought a land of 6.66 Acres (Survey No: 141/2 - 1 Acre 8 Cents & Survey No: 141/1 - 5 Acres 58 Cents). Later that land is transferred to my dad's elder brother & grand mom.
After my Grand father death, in the year 1989 my Grand Mom was donate this land to her 2nd Son(my Father). And my dad's brother transferred that land to my dad. And for the survey no 141/1, those lands are exchanged between my dad & his brother (Bagapirivinai). That is my dad's brother transferred that land to my dad without pay any amount.
But now in Patta Pass Book it will mentioned only 43.50 Ares(Survey No: 141/2). I asked my dad about this. But he told remaining lands are in Conditional Patta. So they(Government) didnt enter that land details in Patta Pass Book. But he dont know remaining details.
So now i want a help to change that Conditional Patta to Proper patta.

Hi,
Seniors, I want to take one suggestion from you.
One of my friend is the owner of One reputed GYM/health club in Delhi.
He have some photos with Bollywood Stars in the parties or etc.
All are photos are personal in nature.
My Query is, can he show legally these pictures on the website for promotion of the GYM and can take commercial benefit legally??
As these pics are not patented or copyrighted. As per my thinking, He can show on website as Mr. Owner is with Mr./Miss. Bollywood Star during the party.
Can bollywood star can take any legal action?
Generally, we also post our pics with friends or celebrities on social sites, on that basis i think he also can post on website (also he is the proprietor).
Please give some light on this.

Wife has submitted certain photocopies of complaints in 498a case in court .I had applied to get certified copies of the same ,but clerk denied giving saying that can't give certified copies of photocopies of document submitted in the court .
How do I get certified copies of the complaint ?

Have to change it to : Mehabub Pasha
In my legal documents(Like SSLC etc..)my father's name is mentioned as ABDUL REHAMAN which is actually my maternal grandfather's name. So now I want change it to MEHABUB PASHA
Please provide me the information & procedure to change it...

58. That the licensee shall stand ipso-facto determined without any right to compensation whatsoever to the licensee in any of the following events.
If the licensee (s) being an individual or if an firm, any partner in the licensed firm, shall die or at any time be adjudged insolvent or shall have a receiving order for administration of his estate made against him or shall take any proceeding for liquidation or compensation under any insolvency act for the time being in force or make any conveyance or assignment of his effect or enter into any arrangement or composition with creditors or suspend payment or shall introduce a new partner or shall change the constitution of partnership or if firm is dissolved under the partnership act.
OR
The licensee being a company shall pass a resolution or the court shall make an order for the liquidation of its affairs or a receiver or a manager on behalf of the debenture holders shall be appointed or circumstances shall have arisen which entitle the court or debenture holders. Shall be appointed or circumstance shall have arisen which entitled the court of debenture holders to appoint a receiver or manager, provided always that such determination shall not be prejudice any right of action or remedy which shall have there after accrue to have licensor.

Regarding the cash receipt page attached in the agreement
Hello Everyone,
As you all know that the cash receipt is attached in the agreement by the builder in the green paper.
So i have lost that cash receipt page while taking the xerox of the agreement.I had searched everywhere but unable to find since last 10 days.
Can you help me how can i get this back?can we get it from register?
