A registered mortgage has been created in favour of various banks on properties situated in maharashtra, chattisgarh & uttarakhand. Mortgage deed is registered in maharashtra by paying maximum applicable stamp duty. Sub registrar of maharashtra has sent an intimation to the sub registrar of chattisgarh.now sub registrar of chatisgarh is demanding stamp duty on chattisgarh property. We have been advised that if sub registrar of maharashtra is sending intimation to another sub registrar no further stam duty is payable. Kindly confirm this. Sir , I am presently working in Central govt food lab from last 8 yrs on 4200 grade pay. Recently I got selected in Ministry of railway on 2800 grade pay, as in railway I will get posting nearby my hometown and so I wanted to join in railways. But till date I have never informed to my patent department about my selection. My quarie is that any clause is there by which I can get NOC for joining on lower grade pay? Secondly as I had never informed my parent dept that I am applying in railways and if they reject my noc application then can I join railways after resigning my old job? And during joining in new job releive letter from old employer is necessary?

I m from Rajasthan. I borrow money rs 100000/- cash on 01/01/2012 with interest of 2 rupees per hundred through 100 rs non judicial stamp paper & notarized. A blank cheque without date was given to him. Detail of cheque & Due date of repayment was mentioned on stamp. Due date of repayment was 01/01/2014. Repayment of rs100000 with interest in cash was paid to him on 01/01/2013. But he didn't returned or destroyed that stamp paper. Also I have not any receipt or any evidence of repayment.
Now on 12/07/2015 he send me a notice to claim his money & interest which I have already paid to him.
Money lender is not licensed.
Please reply me how I can make myself safe from his froud & bad intension.

Hi,
My name is Bhavana Sadhani. I am married for 6 years now. In my marrriage certificate I have not changed my name. Now I want to change my name from Bhavana Sadhani to Bhavana Toolahalli. What is the process of change of name in all documents like Marriage certificate, Passport, PAN card, Aadhar Card, Voter's ID, Sale Deed, Bank account, DL, Mutual Funds, bonds etc. Should I also get name changed in all my educational certificated? Please advice.

dear sir,i am a student.i applied for adhar card in 9th standard and my father's name was typed as DINKAR in it from my school id card.and in my matriculation certificate it is DINKARRAO. i applied for pan giving both adhar and matriculation certificate and it delayed pan card but my fathers name came again as DINKAR on it.will this difference create a problem?if yes then how to change name on pan card ?

Dear Sir/madam,
Kindly, let me know that there is my first name, middle name and last name in my only professional qualification certificate whereas it is my first and middle name in all documents i.e., class 10th certificate, voter card, PAN and DL etc.
If there comes any problem in future due to mismatching of the name as in other documents and name in professional certificate, can an affidavit or other will do resolve the mismatch (I am working in ,and will be working in private sector ).
If I get complete name added with last name in voter card, PAN and DL etc, except in 10th & graduation certificate, will it work good in this regard.

My grandfather has self acquired property situated in 4 villages covered by many survey numbers, In 1975 he executed registered WILL in favour of 1st wife son (1/3rd share), 2nd wife son (1/3rd), and 2nd wife (1/3rd) simply without specifying the exact land for whom which land belongs along with metes and bounds. WILL got attested by three attestors namely 1st attestor is the 2nd wife, and another two are neighbours and my grandfather demised in the year 1981, At present all the attestors died including my grandfather second wife also.
In 1993 the 2nd wife executed WILL to her grandson of her share (1/3rd ), in that she wrote high value properties to her grandson (where her husband has not mentioned anything property to her in the before WILL.
QUestion:-
1) WILL executed without survey numbers and specification of metes and bounds, so is this WILL is valid?
2) one of the Beneficiary of the WILL (2nd wife) being attestor, so is this WILL can be challenged to be invalid, that it was made by undue influence, coercion of the beneficaiary? what will be the probabllity of getting WILL cancelled in this case?
3) Is there any limitation for WILL to be challenged within specific period of time?
4) Is 1993 WILL can be challenged because she mentioned properties in favour of her grandson which was not specified by her husband in the before WILL?
5) According to Hindu Succession ACT Can second wife share of properties can be devolved upon first wife childrens along with her own childrens (where the property came to her by her husband, when husband died intestate.

Dear Sir/Madam,
I am an Indian citizen residing in state of Rajasthan (working in a private organization) gets my surname (Last Name)added through legal/gazette notification, and then want to apply for fresh passport.
Passport customer service center says that an affidavit as per their prescribed annexure (E) and publication in two news papers required to name change/to add surname which is missing on ID, Address proof and X class (DOB) certificate, Even if you submit gazette notification for adding surname(last name)/name change.
If so required as per your advice, then gazette notification (name change) seems to be restricted for this purpose.
Are there other areas where gazette notification for name change can’t be used?
Or should I first get add surname in ID, Address proof and X class certificate, and then apply?
If yes, How can now, I get add my surname in X class certificate, passed in 1990 (Board of Rajasthan).
