Meri original caste chhipa(obc) hai lekin mere first class me admission ke samay clerk ne caste rajput (general) likha. Mere sare document rajput caste se hai . Mujhe peon ki job lagi government me general category se. Job 8 year Ho gaye. Ab Mujhe baccho ke liye chhipa (obc) caste banana hai.service me koi problem to nahi aayegi. Caste banane koi problem to nahi aayegi.margdarshan Kate please.

One of the my collegue having OBC-NCL ,But his father is doctor(MD-pediatrician).
1)How can i prooved he is falling under creamy layer and not eligible for reservation.. ???
2) Does s/o or d/o BHMS doctor falls under non-creamy layer ????
plz plz reply ....its all about my post-graduation admission...

A,B,C and D are 4 partners said to have bought a property to run their firm under lease cum sale deed and the sale deed mentions that there exists a partnership deed but in reality there is no partnership deed existing.
1. Is such a partnership valid ?
2. Can any third party who has no connection with the firm/property sue the partners ?

I have received a document from CJM court indicating Notice To Accused mentioning date and time, What does it mean, is it a summon or something else. I am confused what is the meaning of Notice to accused.

My dad who is expired in Year 2003. He bought many company's shares before demat era. Either he purchased physical shares in his names These shares are in physical share certificates formats in my father's name.
Today i don't have any physical certificate of shares but I am receiving annual reports of various companies and also receiving dividends from different companies. Number of shares is not too high in these companies one company send dividend for 420 shares i transfer these shares in my mom's name.
My query is that how i know the details of all the shares which was purchased by my father. May be some dividends/annual reports is not delivering that's why i am not aware with that shares.
Please guide me about the above query.

Helo sir/ madam,
I wanna buy a farm house in Delhi.
But I came to know that there is some issue with its mutation.
It is still pending.
I wanna make a check what is the issue.
The seller has assured me that there is no serious issue and I should give the bayana and due course before the date of final payment , everything will be cleared.
But I wanna everything before bayana.
The record is not available on-line, I have checked.
My questions---
1) Can I go myself to the DC/ SDM office and make a check?
Will the officials allow me to do so, as legally I am a nobody in this case?
2) Can anyone make a check in any pending court case?

Hi,
My sister is a Govt. employee, she is a higher secondary school teacher. F.I.R has been lodged against her as her 10th marksheet is found forgery which is completely a matter of shocking news for us.
The scanario lies in this way that when she had passed her matriculation with first division in year 1993, she found her marks not satisfactory in one subject. So she consulted with the concerned clerks and principal of her school and surprisingly found that the marks in the crosslist was different from the marks written in marksheet.
The girl, after a couple of requests through applications and all, was provided an another revised marksheet with the actual marks and she moved on herself after a relaxing breathe. Considering the revised one as her actual marksheet, she provided it to take admission in intermediate, did her graduation, masters B.Ed all with topping marks MashaAllah and got selected for the post of teacher at Govt. Girls High School.
Now, after a CBI inspection of all teachers, it is being found that revised marksheet is not registered and considered as frogery. There is no any proof with us for the issue of swcond marksheet as no one was aware that will have to fall in such situation.
It would be highly appreciable and thankful if anyone can suggest me the steps to be followed in such situation as we are completely unaware of such cases.
Since, the FIR has been lodged against offences under 420, 408 etc., will the police be going to arrest my sister?

I am a accused in a case pending in lower court in which another accused applied for quashing of charge against him in Supreme Court and the Supreme court quashed the charges framed against the said accused. Now, I want to get certified copy of the said case alongwith the judgement filed by the accused in Supreme Court. But the Supreme Court staff is saying that you cannot get certified copy of the case since you were neither the plaintiff nor the respondent in the said case. How can I get the certified copy of the said case? That another accused is not in contact with me that's why I can't ask him for certified copy.

Passport
I've applied for passport but my file was closed due to different mother name on my birth certificate her name is Geeta Rani on all the doccuments but on B/C its Reena thats why the file was closed & passport executive told to get it corrected by the MCD office. But the MCD declined by saying they cannot change the name but they can add Geeta Rani with reena like "Reena Alias Geeta Rani". So I'm confused will it be valid name to apply again for passport.
