Sir I have st caste certificate of state government and for job they ask for central government caste certificate. But format is exactly same. What should I do. Is any problem? Or I keep both certificate. Plz reply sirsir.

Mr. X was purchased an Open Land property through a Simple sale deed in 1974 and subsequently, he has constructed a House in the said open land in 1975 and entered his name was entered in the Grama Panchayath records as the owner of the above said house property. And thereafter he was died intestate.
He has One Son Mr.Y. Mr. Y has a wife and Two children. Now if Mr. Y wants to become sole owner of the property of Mr. X, what is most relevant deed or document to be executed ?
And by whom it should be executed ?
i request all of you please suggest a solution in this regard.

In the Year 2000, A property developer has registered two residential plots [alienated land with DC approved]in my name with the SRO in Karnataka & handed over the duly registered sale deeds, in original, without my photo & signature. It is noticed that the seller has attested his signature on my behalf at 'signature of purchaser' also. On inquiry he said since I am staying at a distance of 300 kmts,my presence is not required for registration. Are the documents valid? Secondly,how to include my photo & signature in the sale deed now after almost 15 years?

Hi Experts..I booked a flat from builder few years back. The posseiin has been delayed for more than 6 months due to quality issues. Now when after 6 months we are about to take possession he is forcing to sign deed of declaration with additional conditions like ( no QC issues will be raised by us in future, all amenities are provided that is actually not in place also we are very happy with the work )that was not preset in ssale of agreement. If we don't sign the DOD he will not given possession. Can we challenge or deny to sign this forced DOD ?

Hiii i am Subhro Das born in calcutta in the year 1984,my birth certificate was issued from kolkata municipal corporation where my name didnt print only my parents name,date of birth,place etc printed.due to one of our family members negligence or corporation fault my name was not printed. so my question is that if there is any law regarding issue a fresh birth certificate with my name printed on it or please suggest me what can i do now because where i appointed for job they want to see and verify my original Birth certificate to tally it with my madhyamick Admit card Date of birth...Please suggest me what can i do now??

Our society situated at vasai virar muncipal corporation district palghar state maharashtra area.The some people working in one govt authority purchased the land and form a society in 1989.in 2004the member of that society given power of attorney to builder for redevlopment.actually they sold the land to that builder and took the amount as per their deal but in place of sale deed they signed redevlopment power of attorney.Not a single member was owned the flat so builder developed a building very weak without following any construction norms and condition not given any amenetie.THE builder sold that all flat to 12 different owners.He took the society fund but didnt form the society than we contacted him by writing letter to form the socity and repair the because the building condition is very weak.But every letter delievered to his office address return with remark no company or person staying there.Than we contact registrar of society .he advised that in your sale agreement it is written that you will not form any new society and your society will be name as same as earlier society and he also advised that in one land or building two society can be formed you can take over the charge of earlier society because earlier society is not stignent.and with the registrar suggestion we completed all the formalities and took the charge of that society.THE building condition is day by day very weak so we call the tender for redevlopment and with the consent of regiatrar we appoint one builder for redevlopment.We have following questions in our mind .
1.THE earlier power of attorney given by earlier society can be cancelled because we dont have copy of that power of attorney.and we dont know what is written on that power of attorney.2 what is the material to be published in newspaper for cancellation of power of attorney.3 what can he will do to stop our redevelopment work
4. HE SAID THAT WE WILL TAKE STAY BECAUSE SOCIETY IS SOLD THIS LAND TO HIM AND HE IS HAVING POWER OF ATTORNEY.

Notarized sale deed of car enough as proof of ownership?
I bought a car last year august from delhi. Transferred full amount via NEFT in the seller's account.
We made a notarized sale deed, he kept the original and gave me it's copy. He gave all the rest of the papers like RC, insurance etc to me.
He doesn't seem like a cheat, he's either lazy or miser, he is making excuses for not transferring the registration in my name. NOTE: The car is registered in Haryana, whereas seller lives in Delhi and I am using the car in Kanpur. So, for transferring RC, we both will have to goto haryana, maybe he doesn't have time/money for that!
Anyways, isn't it seller's risk & responsibility to get it transferred?
As far as I know, I don't need to worry about cops or traffic police, all they wanna see is original RC.
I urge our experienced experts to suggest, do I have anything to worry in the future if I continue with the RC in his name?
What if I move to another city (like Kolkata, Jaipur etc) and keep using the same registration number, will I have problems there?
