Birth certificate issue

Sir
I am an engineering. I am having trouble in getting my fresh passport. For the issuing of passport birth certificate has to be shown as a proof of date of birth. My birth certificate has a different date of birth than my all other school documents. Is there a way to solve this matter ? Particularly can a correction be made in the birth certificate by showing all the school documents ?

Change of name display in aadhar

I am thinking of changing my name in aadhar card to that with expanded initials instead of just initials. I would like to ask the legal experts whether this slight change of display of name (not actually changing name) in aadhar card will affect my identity in future?
My other documents like Voters-ID, Driving license, bank accounts have just initials after name not expanded. Even my certificates, mark sheets and other such academic documents have just my name with initials. However passport and Pan card have my name with expanded initials displayed on it as it was mandatory there.
My subsequent intention is to change it to initials expanded name form in all other above mentioned documents as well, except for maybe my academic documents. Is this a good idea/thing to do ? As I am not actually changing my name, just the way it is displayed in my documents, will this cause any problems in establishing my identity in the future? Opinions of legal experts here are most welcome !!

Now because my fathers will is not probated, society is saying you need to give advt in papers . Can i probate my fathers will now? Its been six months society has not given any written intimation to us as well.

Legal heir certificate

Sir
I have mutual funds under HUF with my husband as a Karta and me and my two minor sons in HUF.My husband recently passed away. Now all mutual funds under HUF have been transferred on my name and even the bank has changed the karta to my name and authorised me as signatory.
As per Hindu Succession act the wife cannot become the karta and I had already put up this query before the forum and from those responses only I got to know that under such cirumstances where no major is present in the HUF the wife can assume the role of the karta. But One of the mutual fund companies are simply refusing that and are demanding to make my minor son karta and to open an account with his name and with me as a guardian.
Now with my minor sons in school i dont want to open another HUF a/c as I already have two a/c's of HUF but the company is refusing to give the money.
My query is that I have a legal heir certificate also from the SDM,in the present case can that help me to get the money and if not then what is the next best alternative ?
Thanking you
RAKHI .
Only one company is refusing and others have accepted me as Karta.

Notarized sale deed of car enough as proof of ownership?

I bought a car last year august from delhi. Transferred full amount via NEFT in the seller's account.

We made a notarized sale deed, he kept the original and gave me it's copy. He gave all the rest of the papers like RC, insurance etc to me.

He doesn't seem like a cheat, he's either lazy or miser, he is making excuses for not transferring the registration in my name. NOTE: The car is registered in Haryana, whereas seller lives in Delhi and I am using the car in Kanpur. So, for transferring RC, we both will have to goto haryana, maybe he doesn't have time/money for that!

Anyways, isn't it seller's risk & responsibility to get it transferred?
As far as I know, I don't need to worry about cops or traffic police, all they wanna see is original RC.

I urge our experienced experts to suggest, do I have anything to worry in the future if I continue with the RC in his name?

What if I move to another city (like Kolkata, Jaipur etc) and keep using the same registration number, will I have problems there?

Sale deed

In the Year 2000, A property developer has registered two residential plots [alienated land with DC approved]in my name with the SRO in Karnataka & handed over the duly registered sale deeds, in original, without my photo & signature. It is noticed that the seller has attested his signature on my behalf at 'signature of purchaser' also. On inquiry he said since I am staying at a distance of 300 kmts,my presence is not required for registration. Are the documents valid? Secondly, how to include my photo & signature in the sale deed now after almost 15 years?

Hi Experts..I booked a flat from builder few years back. The posseiin has been delayed for more than 6 months due to quality issues. Now when after 6 months we are about to take possession he is forcing to sign deed of declaration with additional conditions like ( no QC issues will be raised by us in future, all amenities are provided that is actually not in place also we are very happy with the work )that was not preset in ssale of agreement. If we don't sign the DOD he will not given possession. Can we challenge or deny to sign this forced DOD ?
