Dear sir/madam
My mother want to have the passport.She is working as a teacher of higher secondary in a "Semi-Government" school (an old and joint venture of few people as a "union" and government of GUJARAT).She got her salary from Gujarat government as per current norms and condition, however there are few problems that I want to mention here as follow.
1).Before marriage she got the job and at that time she was asked to have PAN CARD.So,she got her father's name and surname in PAN CARD only.Whilst in the rest of documents like in voter card,Adhar card,driving licence she is having husband's name and surname.
so is it valid or not for passport document.If not than what I have to do?
2) Recently my father died.(Is there any need of his signature ?!! )
3)some says that ANNEXURE I and ANNEXURE B will be required.I am confused at ANNEXURE B.
It requires signature of "District Officer" for government employer(I don't know about this ,signature is required or not).But where my mom is working is semi-gov body (which is rarely exists nowadays in Gujarat).So this ANNEXURE B is needed to signed by D.O or for semi-gov body only the union president should sign on it ?
3)is marriage registration required?
4)In "ANN. B" is it mandatory to have any signature from govt. side or from "the union".
5) Which additional documents required for this case?
6) ANNEXURE M or N is required or not ?
please clear my doubts.

sir, my father is running a marriage hall on public utility land which is 6000 sq ft of central excise employee housing society .both parties entered into registered leease deed in 1984 of about 40 years,the leease would be completed in 2023,and it was a perpetual leease deed.BUT in 2010 the area was recalcutated and the area was 8300 sq ft which akhiv patrika and city survey map and department also clarifies and mutted in society name,and in mid 2010 secretary of society entered and correction deed of pu land admesuring 8300 sqftwhich was notary document but later we impound the document .meanwhile in 2013AGM of the society new managing committe was nominated and was not elected.the member of new manging committe pass an order in there agm that the leease should be cancelled and will not be renewed after 2023.questioning the correction deed and possesion of the extra piece of land
my question is 1) whether correction deed was proper or not.
2)whether they can cancelled the leease deed and correction deed.

Hello Respected Experts,
I am planning to establish a tuition center in my hometown. And I have documented all the details which are necessary to open a tuition center but the problem is that I am new in this field and thus know little about the legal documentation of the institution like- is there any need of registration/permit for the same from govt. body and if so then what is the step by step process for the same. And I think it is necessary to mention that yes as of now it's a small business plan which will comprise me and some of my employees but on the basis of its growth I will expand it.
So if you help me in finding out the solutions of my problems it would be a great pleasure for me. Thanks for your time.

We have a property in a chawl under Pagdi system in Mumbai since 1976. My mother expired in 2006 & there after a builder purchase the entire compound for redevelopment. He has not took room rent from any tenant nor issued rent receipt so far. In between he has prepared an agreement of redevelopment in my father's name to develop entire property under SRA. We have left this property since 2010 & staying in other property on rent. Meanwhile we also given this property on L & L to some near by relatives. Builder has so far not develop the property & now asking rent from everyone. While we are agree to pay the rent he is issuing the rent receipt in my mother name. For changing the rent receipt on my father's name he is asking nominal transfer charges. He is also asking to produce indemnity bond & affidavit. Appreciate if you could advise what legal document we should produce so that property can be transfer to my father's name. Do we need to pay the rent to the builder as he is claiming that he is the owner of the property. Does builder has right to take any action against us as we have sub-let the property without his consent. Please advise.

i bought an apache rtr 180 from one of my friends brother in kerala.he was the 2nd owner of th bike an im the 3rd owner of the bike.RC and every documents is in the name of 1st owner.now i want to sell my bike to another person.right now im using it in bangalore.i want to sell it now.so what i can do now ? neither me nor the 2nd owner is not able to reach the 1st owner.so please help me what can be done now.im having all the documents lyk rc,unsurance,tax and all.
so tell me what all can be done in case if im
1.selling the bike in kerala or to someone of kerala
2.selling the bike in bangalore or some non kerala person
please help me..its urgent..

Respected advisers.. I have purchased a commercial property on Aug.2014 in Banglore, there is a small typing mistake in deed as 42* 37 FTS but it must be 42*37 MTS but later in next line it's described properly as 5097.12 sqfts .I have all Supporting documents to say its metres .I need to rectify it I informed the sold person but his family as separated so he is not able to gather them all for sign ...how can I solve this problem ..because I am going for mortgage loan against this land .plz advice me

Hi,
My wife has got name in 10th certificate as KM GEETA RANI
When we approached marriage registration they said that they will consider GEETA RANI as KM is not in "bolne ka naam".
Then aadhaar card/pan card/voter id have got GEETA RANI
Now Can anyone help me will it have any issue in getting passport with name GEETA RANI ?
