Consent decree

We had obtained a consent decree from the court in a financial case however in the consent terms filed there is a clause which is ambiguous. The other party wants to break out of the agreement of the consent decree however the judge has clearly highlighted the important clause and terms of the agreement which are non ambiguous in the decree order. Can he take use of the ambiguous clause and avoid the consent decree order, 1 year after the decree order was passed.

बचपन में मेरे माता-पिता ने मेरा नाम राकेश रखा था और मेरे इसी नाम पर कुछ जमीन खरीदा था। जब मैं बड़ा हुआ और स्कूल में दाखिला लिया तो स्कूल के प्रधानाध्यापक ने मेरा नाम बदलकर मोहम्मद अब्दुल रब कर दिया था। मेरे सारे कागजात इसी नाम से है। पुराना नाम से कोई कागजात नहीं है। लेकिन मैं अभी भी पुराने नाम से ही जाना जाता हुं।मेरे माता पिता अभी जिंदा है। अब मैं क्या करूं। कृपया करके उचित सलाह देने का कष्ट करेंगे।

Request for help from experts

I have cancelled the power of attorney by registered document in 2006 in Chennai. The P.O.A. holder was informed and also received the copy of cancellation document and the acknowledgement given as having received the copy of cancellation of POA and the document is lost now.Since he has given acknowledgement I did not send intimation by post.
After ONE YEAR of the cancellation the power of attorney he has sold the land and the buyer is holding the possession of land, saying he has received the money PRIOR to ONE YEAR ( i.e. before cancellation)
But after ONE YEAR of the cancellation only he registered the agreement for sale, though he registered the sale deed saying that he received the money before ONE YEAR.( prior to cancellation)
Can I request the experts to let me know whether there are any Judgements in my favour to prove the knowledge of cancellation by subsequent documents is enough to prove that the cancellation of POA was known to the POA holder and to treat the subsequent sale as VOID.

Incorrect Article on Stamp paper

Hi, I recently executed an agreement but my lawyer accidentally put the wrong article number in the 'Description of Document' column of the stamp paper. I wish to understand the complications of this. The stamp duty that was paid was of sufficient value as per the correct article. Will I have to execute another agreement as the article number is wrong? Will it fall under the category of 'improper description'? Please help me.
