My sister who's in USA is not in a position to appear fod registration of a inherited property. Is it possible that she transfers legal rights to me through a relinquish deed?
The second part of this question :
If Yes then where to register the document in India or where she resides in US?
If no then what's the remedy for registration in her absence

My wife native is Chattishgarh and after marriage she has come to Madhya Pradesh. Will she be treated as domicile of MP by default or there are some legal procedures for getting domicile certificate for her.

Myself Rakesh kumar , running a small coaching institute but i am facing problem in some aspects that some of my students didn't deposit fees after teaching 2-3 months and when i contact there parents they denied to pay the fees. please suggest what should i do to avoid this type of thins and how can i Sue them for this and what documents should i take from students so that i am legally secured for recovering fees or what evidence should i have to sue them. pls suggest. I take students admission form and details , photoggraph and signature. pls suggest

Our Partnership Deed as on 17/12/2015, has been duly notorized as METSA ENGINEERING CO. INSTEAD OF METSA ENGINEERING COMPANY. My question is how can I correct the ' CO.' to " COMPANY"
So that be a legal valid document.

HI, I am in process for applying for OBC certificate. In the application it is asked to ascertain the 'family income' of the applicant (me). I am having difficulty - as, apart from my father and mother, I also have a sister - however, she lives independently in another city, earns independently while making no contributions to 'family income' and she is unmarried. Will her income be included as family income?
Where are the laws pertaining to this?

Signature dispute
i qualified an examination in which my photograph is matched and my biometric thumb print is 92% matched and they want it to be 100% match.due to this they sent my exam documents for forensics to verify my signature and my ink thumbprint .but due to variation in my signature sometimes i use fast hand and sometime slow due to which i put my signatures named as "kumarsh sharma " and "kumesh sharma "on two different documents .which are sent to forensics also the both documents have my ink thumbprint also . what could be the forensic response on my signatures variations .even though my signature issue if my thumbprint is matched on documents ,will they consider me as a legally right candidate ??? althogh one document has my writting sample also written in my running hand . what can be the result from this forensic report and what can i do now in this matter ?????
