hello Sir,
can i change place of birth in passport ?
passport was issued 5 years ago.
bcoz it is different then my actual birth place.actually they mention tahsil rather then village name.and mention wrong spelling of tahsil.
if yes then how can i do that ?
what is the process and documents need to submit.

dear experts , here one jamindar has given some of the agricultural land in liue of talking some osmania currency & granted land to my neighbours mother now it is open land it is covered by boundry wall still date it is open land nearly 20-30 acers my friends mother was not claimed for her land still date, can she will get her land? now ? were shall he must be claim? for her land ? now the jamindar was no more died long back? kindly give suzesstion for my friends problem.

A person named x has number of properties in which all the document were registered with the sub - registrar but subsequently during cross examination he denies all the document even the secondary evidence which are admissible under law then what are the alternative..

i have different name in my birth certificate and different name in all other documents.i get to 9 that civil court order to change name in birth certificate to municipal.

I am holding 3 acre of agriculture land in distt. Ghaziabad in Uttar Pradesh.
I want to change the land from agriculture to residenial purpose. Please furnish the follwing information.
1. What is the detailed procedure to change the use of agriculture land to residential in UP
2. Who is the concern authority.
3. Under which act the procedure is covered
4. What are the government charges.
5. How much time (approximate) does it take to change the use of land.
6. Is there any ban in changing the use of land in UP.

Dear Sir/mam
one partnership firm has submitted General Power of Attorney (GPA) in the name of "X" and after one years the same firm submitted another GPA in the name of "Y" stating in their covering letter that they have canceled the earlier GPA since the GPA holder resigned from job. In this circumstance can we accept the new GPA submitted by the firm or advice them to produce any supporting document for cancellation of GPA? please some one clarify my doubt

Respected sir, iam in need of FISAL-PATTI {LAND RECORDS OF A.P. GOVT}& WASOOL BAQUI ,SETHWAR RECORDS OF 1954-55, BUT HERE I APPROCHED THE THASILDAR OFFICE FOR THE SAME ,I WAS NOT RECIVED THE RECORDS ,THE OFFICER CONCERNED SAYING THEY DONT HAVE ANY RECORDS IN THEIR OFFICE ,? WERE SHALL I GET MY ABOVE SAID RECORDS ? KINDLY GIVE ME SUZESSTION . I ALSO APPROCHED THE R.D.O. OFFICE ALSO. BUT THEIR IS NO RESULT FOR THE SAME .

My wife born and brought in Maharashtra and got married with me .I have born and brought in Chattis garh but since seven years I am in Navi Mumbai ,Maharashtra.To get the domicile certificate in Maharashtra min 15 years proof is required .Now my son is growing and he is in 10th std who will be appearing engineering entrance in Maharashtra but he may face problem of domicile certificate.
Can my wife get the domicile certificate of Maharashtra and is it valid for my son ?

'A' purchases a stamp paper at Pune(Maharashtra) for drafting a Power of Attorney deed.
'A' confers some power to 'B', who is brother of 'A'. The said deed is not registered but notarized at Chennai(TamilNadu), where 'B' resides.
What is the validity of the deed?

Hi! My Name is Cynthia
My Husband and I are both away from India and we just want to go to Goa for the property Issue just for 20days.
Since we want to go for the gift deed or sale deed as the property is my mother in laws name and she want to give a part of this to my husband .Hence is all the Siblings are required to be present during this process, if no then it is fine but how long does this process takes .
And if yes then what if one of the brothers is not in country and his wife has no power as well, in this brother absence how do we go about it.
