how can i get the property paper?

Sir,
Please advise that how can we get our property paper as the builder did not give the property paper at the time of buying the house. He then said that he would give the paper later but after 20 years the paper is still not given and now the builder said that he doesn’t have the paper too.
What should we do as we want to sale our house but we know that without paper it can’t be sale. We have only one stamp paper in which he mentioned that he sell the house to us with the amount.

Bar Exam

i did my LL.B (regular) in the session 2007-2009.However i cleared my Sem VI in Oct 2009. Am I required to appear in the bar exam,( AIBE)?

death certificate

sir ,
my father died at nanavati hospital in mumbai in 1982 and was creminated in our native place in thane district. i was 7 yrs at that time.my mother didnt apply for death certificate at that time.will i get the death certificate from mumbai mumcipal office.

Leave & Licence Agreement or Paying guest Agreement

Hi,

I would like to know that I want give my duplux on rent at Akola Maharashtra. Can i give duplux on rent by doing paygust agreement for 11 months by doing registeration? Another thing is it is special buglow separately.

Is it legal documents to evaculte my duplux instead of leave & licence agreement?

If yes, then how much cost for registeration of pay gust agreement?

rent agreement

Is it necessary that for a rent agreement stamp-duty be paid & registered??? if yes, can a person who has not paid the same be held liable to pay the same also if he is not residing on that premises. From whom is the stamp duty fees recovered in such cases..??

want to know about NOTARY documentation

SUBJETC1 bought the land from SUBJECT2 by "NOTARY" method(both of them sigh from TEHSILDAR),after a month SUBJECT2 is discarding to give the land,after that SUBJECT1 FIR for the same but police demanded for 10,000/- subject1 take the deal and gave 5,000/- for same and rest after the dispute will resolved ,but police was unable to handle it.Now SUBJECT1 want to take legal action against SUBJECT2.Pls tell that WHOM TO TALK ,AND WHAT TO DO. Should SUBJECT1 should talk to TEHSILDAR himself for the same.

Affidavit for not having a ration card

I want to take a Gas connection from HP.
The dealer has asked me to submit a notarized affidavit for not having a ration card. Is it on a stamp paer or what.Fees etc.
Kindly tell me the procedure to get it.

noc from builder

i had purchased a resale flat initially when the society was not formed. I submitted NOC from builder for applying loan. Now i want to transfer home loan fromm hdfc to sbi, i came to know from banks lawyer that builder noc is required to transfer the home loan. since once i already had builder noc for for purchase of flat,then how far it is relevant to ask for noc for loan transfer. Pls advice

HIBA

A HIBA GIVEN ORALLY AND RECITTED WITH A DOCUMENT ON A NON JUDISIARY STAMP PAPER WAS GIVEN AND ACCEPTED AND THE POSSESION WAS HANDED OVER. A NOTARY WAS DONE BY A NOTARY EADVOCATE BUT HE DIED NOW THE OTHER PARTY IS CLAIMING THAT THE HIBA IS NOT VALID AND PRODUSING A ASSOCIATION DOCUMENT TO PROVE THAT THE SAID NOTARY ADVOCATE DIED BEFORE THE EXECUTION OF THE SAID NOTARY. NOW THAT NOTARY ADVOCATE IS NOT TRACABLE NOR HIS FAMILY IS TRACEBLE. HOW WILL THIS EFFECT THE DOCUMENT AND WHAT REMIDIES WE HAVE AS WE DONT HAVE ANY THING TO PROVE WHETHE RTHE ADVOCATE DIED AFTER THE NOTARY. IS SUCH NOTARY ANY WAY EFFECT THE VALIDITY OF THE DOCUMENT.
