Dear Sir,
Ours is a Cooperative Group Housing Society with 50 flats. At the ground level, there is common covered area under the building and the common area around the building in the society premises.
I have 2 questions:
1. Can the society administration sell the covered area to the members for car parking?
2. Can the open common area within the premises be allotted to the members for car parking by marking slots reserved for a specific falt owner? These slots are not sold but only reserved to facilitate members assured place to park their vehicles.

hello
we came upon a fake registered 30 years lease deed agreement between two public trust under rti executed on Rs,7000/- stamps and this documents has been used by the trust to get the permission to run the education college on that leased property and land(actually it is rented but not on lease for 30 years to them)
also the very same property is under sale for permission before jt.charity commissioner,nagpur.where we alongwith other tenants have approached for revocation of permission to sale to this trust by our landlord trust and the matter is going on .
we have given complaints before police dept.,,registrar of stamps,and collector,and also to the jt.charity commissioner about this document.
we are awaiting result !
please suggest us more on this matter so that the wrong doing must be punished
since the trust people are very influential they might go scot free or matter may get covered up please suggest us .

i am Ajay c s basicaly from Bangla desh. Sr softwr engg .i am residing here at bangalore on student and visit Visa from last 8 years. now i loved very much INDIA i want to stay here only @ iNdia. my all friendz and relatives here at in india.
my query is:-
1) what is the procedure to get (indian) styaing VISA for lifetime.?
2) to which,whoom and where i get details information in this regard ?
3) where is the offices at bangalore about the we will get the all information>
4) any legally documentation offices is there in banglaore to ask the information.
5) shall i ask to indian ambassy or what? but there is no ambassy related to this work.
could you please help me out in this regard.

hello sir,
Please help me on the following issue regarding Punjab Jurisdiction:-
- A bank taken a property (non agriculture land & building) in punjab area on equitable mortgage basis. After sanction of loan they want to apply for lien mark on the said property as such they will be prevented from any kind of fraud.
- As such they apply to Tehsildar for lien mark and similarly Tehsildar send it to Patwari, however Patwari reject the same and said they does not lien mark for Equitable Mortgage Property.
Now my question is that whether in Punjab Jurisdiction lien mark is not done for equitable mortgage property and if lien mark is mandatory then why Patwari is not making lien mark.
Please guide me with the help of suitable case laws, if any.

My client consulting me "that his friend executed a general power of attorney in the year of 1999 without mentioning the period of limitation, the same was still not yet cancelled by the pricipal of POA, so now my client intent to sale the property on the strenght of POA to some other person, so he asked me the period of limitation for POA as per law,
Hence kindly advise me relevant provision

sir,i had opened PPF Account.
that time i didnt knew that NRI can not open PPF Account.
I am marine engineer by profession and my source of income is from abroad.
I do stay in india for 6 months and do not generate income.
when i work on ship abroad i generate income from abroad and park salary in NRE account.
please guide,shall i continue with PPF Account??
I dont have any plan to settle out of india.
My query, is it legal to open PPF account by mariner/seafarer? I had opened it unknowingly...

Why there are verbal argumentation in the courts while they are not recorded??
All the verbal things in the Courts are absolutely manipulatable for the judges--who said what--what was his intention/meaning-none knows--no audio/video recording--leaving high chance for judges to manipulate/be corrupt.
In this scenario, what is suggestible,should not we try to put everything/maximum things on court records beforehandedly and decrease the verbal things to minimum or any thing else my Learned Brothers and Sisters can suggest.....
