i wanted to incorporate a company having an object of ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION SERVICES, SYSTEM INSTALLATION AND COMMISSION SERVICES, CABLING WORK, POWER CABLING WORK, INDUSTRIAL CABLING WORK CONTRACTOR, ELECTRICAL WIRING WORK, COMMERCIAL WIRING WORK SERVICE, AMC SERVICES, COMPUTER AMC SERVICES, ANNUAL MAINTENANCE CONTRACT SERVICE, ELECTRICAL BREAKDOWN SERVICES ETC.
kindly guide me draft a memorandum of such company.

Sir,
I have filed a application in the month of June 11 , still i have not recd any answer for the same. what is the timelimit for givinf answer on the application . Can I denied a answer if given now , on acoount of timlimit ?

DEAR EXPERTS,
GENERALLY WE USE THE NON JUDICIAL STAMP PAPER TO RECORD ANY DEALS, AGREEMENTS ETC. WE ALSO USE REVENUE STAMP FOR AFFIXING ON RECEIPTS SHOWING THE PAYMENT OF AMOUNTS COVERED BY THE AGREEMENT. BUT WHAT ABOUT THE JUDICIAL STAMP IS AND WHERE IT IS USED PLEASE EXPLAIN. SECONDLY IS IT NECCESSARY TO SIGN ACROSS THE REVENUE STAMP OR IS IT SUFFICIENT IF AFFIXED IN THE TOP OR BOTTOM OF THE RECEIPT? THANK YOU.

Dear Sir/ Madam,
Couple of years back some Telecom Company(s) had taken space in Udyog Vihar, Gurgaon (Haryana) which is for IT/ITES organizations.
I understand there is Govt Notification, which allows Telecom to operate under ITES.
Would request your views/opinion/source of that notification.

i want to apply for release of mudemal in two differrent court in mumbai n in gujrat the mudemal is stolen vehicle it is stolen from mumbai and was found in gujrat with alcohol in vehicle right know it is in mumbai police custody where i apply first n should i mention that same is warranted in gujrat

I have booked a flat 3 years back on downpayment with loan from HDFC at crossing republic ghaziabad. Possesion is expected very soon. Got a letter from the builder few days back that i need to change the flat (Internally came to know that intentionnaly / unintentianally the same flat has been alloted to 2 parties. At the time of giving possession this was detected.) Asked me Instead of 807 take 607 in the same building 2 floors down.The builder says NOC from HDFC will do the purpose and a new tripartite agreement will be made and loan will get internally transferred. Is the transfer so simple. Even if it is done whether i will be able to do the registry of the flat.
I expect NOC from HDFC next week, that is what hdfc has promised, but i have my own doubts.
I have paid the 10% booking amount and 80% was financed thru HDFC. I have already paid back half the loan amount i had taken from HDFC.
Please advise the options i have.

MY MATERNAL GRAND FATHER HAS PURCHASED A PLOT MEASURING 400 SQ YARDS THROUGH HIS SELF EARNED INCOME IN DELHI.MY MATERNAL GRAND MOTHER WAS DIED IN YEAR 1997 .HE WAS DIED IN 2004 AND LEFT A REGISTERED WILL IN DDA IN YEAR 2000 OF HIS 400 SQ YARDS PLOT IN DELHI IN FAVOUR OF HIS FOUR DAUGHTER IN LAWS. WIVES OF HIS FOUR RESPECTIVE SONS.HOWEVER IN HIS WILL MY MOTHER HAS NOT SIGNED WHO IS THE ONLY DAUGHTER OF MY GRAND FATHER. CAN MY MOTHER CLAIM SHARE IN THE SAID PROPERTY. AS IN WILL HE MENTIONED THAT MY MOTHER HAS NO SHARE IN THE SAID PROPERTY AS HE GAVE HER ALL VALUABLES IN HER MARRIAGE AND GIVING ITSELF. BUT MY MOTHER DID NOT SIGNED IN THE WILL ? PLEASE HELP US
