I just want to know the procedure of creating N.G.O. under societies act,1860.Also i want to know Legal compliance,Documents,Tax benefits to donors(with sec 80G of Income Tax Act,1961) & the most important where to register.I want to register it in Maharashtra.Its operation will be in thane district.Members requirement(from Any state,if such condition persists in Act,because there are few persons who are from other states & are willing to be member)If possible u can specify the link from where i can get these details.Address of Registrar is also required. Last question if i want to register it in Delhi & its place of operations in Maharashtra or Vice-Versa will it lead to violation of Rules & Regulations under Act.

Dear Sir,
I am going to buy a plot from my father in law by paying full cash.This property was purchased by him in 1986.He has 4 sons apart from my wife.
He has suggested that he will transfer this property to my wife name (Daughter) so that the Reg charges will be less. Is it advisable?
Some people says he has the right to cancell the deed any time. If so, how to doccument so that he can not cancell the deed any time.
Request your suggestion please.

i gave a shop on rent, but we did not make agreement because he gives only Rs.10000/- as security deposit and say remaining balance of Rs.15000/- will give afterward, now there one year have been done but he did not give any deposit yet but gives a rent on time, now we say firmly for our balance deposit then he say "Go what can you do i will see" then i decide to file case but whether we have to do police complaint for this or go directly in court and how to file case in court.......pls advise thank in advance
