Dear Sir,
I am Ricky from Jharkhand, i am about to form an electronic product based company, whereas my company will import products from China, Korea, Japan and Malaysia and after labeling and packaging it in India, we will distribute it to our reputated dealers.
Can you please let me know the legal documentations to incorporate this type of company.
Also let me know do i need to obtain "Digital Signature" for it and where will i get "Import Export licence".

I want to use a copy of Delhi Judgement in my case.What is the process of taking the authorised copy of judgement from the court ?
Anyone can take he copy or not ? What formalities are required to apply for judgement ?

My date of birth in birth certificate and in all education certificate differs by just 5 days. The mistake was done by my parents while admitting me to the school even after they asked to correct it school authority misguided them like it doesn’t affect much as there is just 5 days difference there will not be any problem.
But When I applied for passport they are asking me both birth certificate and 10th marks card. Because I born after 1989 So birth certificate is mandatory for issuing passport. But they do not match differ by 5 days as I said. Is it possible to correct the date in birth certificate (though birth certificate date is correct) instead of all my education certificates which is very long process what I heard from many people and read in forums.
Please Suggest me the best possible way to correct this issue. According to the law can I file a suit and ask for the change of date in birth certificate itself rather than in all of my certificates, college records etc. Is there any better way please suggest me Your reply is very much appreciated.
I searched a lot in google but I found only the issues of similar kind but no proper answer.

Hi Sir,
I am a doctor,who recently completed MBBS.I was married two years ago.Divorce case is pending in court and about to be closed as we have decided to separate.
I am to register myself in rajasthan medical council,Jaipur to get registration number.I don't want to use his name in my legal documnets.
1)Can I use my father's name?
2)If I use husband's name could I change it after divorce?

Hi All,
I have recently developed a hobby of reading Supreme Court and High Court PIL and their judgements. I am finished with one of them which I received from one of my friend.
Now I want to read more PIL but can not find any within my friend circle. So request this form to help me with website where I can get the PIL in soft copy. Supreme Court of India PIL and their judjement is my first priority and High Court PIL is second priority.
I get to know on and off from Media that Supreme Court on India has laid down guidelines for various matter like road accident, FIR procedure, rape case victim etc. So, help me with website where I can get all these so that I do not have to depend of media sources .
It would be really appreciable if one can help me with that.

A seller entered into a notorised agreement to sale of his property in 2008 to purchaser A.After 2 years,in the year 2010 he again entered into a registered agreement to sell with purchaser B. What is the fate of purhaser A.Can he challenged registered agreement to sell in the court?

my client is a pharmacist and he has been running a hospital and he was hired a Doctor in his hospital. And the Doctor now exit from my client's hospital and while exit, my client and Doctor have entered into a mutual agreement, wherein there is a condition that in future, my client will not hire any other Doctor with the same qualification or specialist in the same premises where the present hospital situated.
whether this agreement with the above condition is void, in future whether my client will have an option to challenge the said condition.

Regarding e stamp paper
Hi,
My self is raaj kashyap, I have paid registration duty through e stamp paper on dated 26-03-2012, after producing all the papers in SDM court they pointed out Property description because I have purchased a 2 bed room flat in Lal Dora in New Delhi, and in property description they mentioned it FLAT but now my document writer is telling me that you have to mentioned it PRIVATE PORTION INSTEAD of FLAT otherwise stamp duty will be TRIPLICATE. Now please can any body suggest me or guide me that Property address can be changed without issuing FRESH e stamp duty.
