i am working in govt service as civil
engg my problem is that whenever i ask from higher bosses regarding some query on regard they get angry with me and give threatning to implicate and fabricate me in any case as they have power unlimited by levelling charges in chargesheet in the present circumstances the job which they are expected to do which they are expected to do as per govt record are not performed and the govt vigilance team involve in cases in the govt legal document is ambigity and thogh you execute the work with full devotion due to non-perfomance of higher bosses the ednd result is that due to inefficiency you are trapped in vigilance case due to vested interest of
of higher bosses what is the remedy if higher speak only verbally and dont clarification my written letter

I have purchased a land in District SultanPur U.P. since last 20 Yrs ago & make registry / bainama. Purchase a agricultural land from Farmer on road side & many more person have taken this land some part of land like that 100sq.mtr , 250sq.mtr has been purchased from farmer . I am also 1 of them taken a land this owner to make home & This time owner has been transferred the land to his daughter name & so i am go to dakhil khareej that time we know that land name of farmer (Owner) name So How can transferred this land on my name What is the procedure to be taken filled up of my name.???

Dear Sir/Madam,
I have just received a notice about impounding my passport and asked to furnish why it should not be impounded.
the actual reason being, i had visited the police station 2 times for giving my proof of residence. they said they would get in touch with me and openly asked for bribe on both occasions.
later after 3 months they called me and asked me to come to the police station. since i was out of town, i could not go. on returning i found that they sent this notice. please help, what is my course of action?

Suppose I intend to purchase a house which will be ready in 1 year. The Seller asks for 50% advance and I want to do MOU. What is the amount of stamp paper I need to use to make MOU?

my friend is giving money to his friend for business what document is my friend is to be made to protect his money, my friends give him One receipt but his friend want Receipt must be notarized whether the Receipt is required to be notary if not then what document is to be made for this contract.

can a mutual agreement be made of one Rupee rental pm for the mutual understanding of the parties both the companies are ltd and pvt ltd companies, in this case what shall be the heading of the agreement ? whether it will be a mutual agreement or it will be a Memorandom of understanding , whether this agreement shall be legally enforced ?

Agreement of sale
I have purchased a flat in Ahmedabad. and I have paid the total initial amount asked by the builder as per the verbal talk. Now it is time for Agreement of Sale, as it is required for the Bank Loan procedure.
Now only the agreement of Sale is pending which has to be submitted in the Bank for the Loan disbursement.
When the Agreement of sale has to signed. at the time of booking of the flat or after the full payment (excluding the loan amount).
please advise
