whereas the joint development agreement entered on FEB,2010 BUT THE joint development property was got by the landowner only on December,2010, and their after the power of attorney of the land owner sold the land to other person on Feb, 2011 after entering into the joint development with the builder on FEB,2010. what the legal problem will arise and what is the solution. kindly advise me

Whenever an individual signs an agreement as a party to it,is it obligatory to mention his/her father's/husband's name ,age and residential address in it?

An agreement is to be executed by four pvt. ltd. companies viz. ABC (P) Ltd.,ARC (P) Ltd.,XYZ (P) Ltd., and PQR (P) Ltd. Mr. X is a common director in two of those companies viz.ABC (P) Ltd., and PQR (P) Ltd.Can he sign the said agreement on behalf of ABC (P) Ltd., and PQR (P) Ltd.as their authorised representative?

Dear Expert,
I have come across a Trust Deed for a public charitable trust registered with sub-registrar,Bangalore, Karnataka wherein,
The power to remove/discharge a trustee and appoint a new trustee lies with the Settlor. However,the trust deed is silent on whether the appointment or removal should be through a deed in writing.
Such being the case, whether it is necessary to evidence the removal of trustee and appointment of new trustee through the usual deed of retirement and appointment of trustee or a mere letter of removal will suffice?

we just want to prepare some legal document where we can disclosed that our parents has not give any money. They have their will and choose to give money whomever they want. Looking at today's greedy people, i don't want to take risk if soemthing happen to my parents, I don't want my sibling to run behind me saying mom and dad were living with you and they gave you x amount of money for something. I just want to secure my side, they are living with me in UK for their own immigration stuff and they haven't given anything to me.
Can anyone suggest which route do i need to take for this process ???

I am willing to purchase bigar gunthewari residential properties located in Dhankawadi area, nearby lokhande bridge, pune-satara road, Opp. bharati hospital, pune. In that building, there are 12 flats situated in all 3 floors amongst which one has done gunthewari 4 to 5 years back. Right now, gunthewari has been stopped in Pune. I have some issues for which I seek legal opinion for the same from your point of view are as below :-
1) Whether bigar gunthewari residential properties needs to purchased which is 22 years old.
2) Nearby that area, flyover work is going on, what needs to be checked from PMC for the same.
3) What documents needs to be derived for getting me clear title of the residential property.
4) Whether I can get the housing loan against such properties in Pune?
5) I am purchasing the property from the 2nd owner in which 2nd owner doesn't have original documents of the 1st owner for which he has taken all certified documents from duyyam nibandhak karyalaya. Fraud case of loan from patpedi where can i complaint
my uncle who lives in the village took a loan from vishal junnar patpedi branch junnar in 2003 for which he produced a forge
[notary] samati patra on the name of my grandfather who died in the year 1991 when i came to know about it i met the manager of the patpedi and told him about the i took the zerox copy of the forge document n i send rti about it to the patpedi as i came but now i came to know that the rti dosent work for patpedi so i send the rti to upnibandak our land is in diffrent taluka n the patpedi is in diffrent taluka i want to complaint about the patpedi n my uncle as well please guide me what to do n how can i get the original copy from the patpedi n how strict ACTION could be taken about this fraud
