Hi,
I am planning to buy a flat which is currently owned by a company. The company is a partnership between 3 brothers. Though the flat is in the name of the company, can there be unseen complications ? Also is there a higher risk compared to buying a flat from an individual ?
What are the documents i should ask for verification before i give the booking amount?
Also the owners have asked me to do an online transfer before they give me the papers, is there a way of retrieving the amount if in case i choose not to proceed with the purchase?
The news papers of 13th June carried an article wherein DNA testing report was set aside by the Additional Sessions Judge Virender Bhat of Delhi Sessions Court. It was of Rohini Court. I am writing to you to find out if it is possible to get a copy of that judgment for our use. The case is of 2004 and of murder of husband by wife and children.
If their is any website or online copies available, please let me know.

Recently an Indian company for their office in Africa has selected me for Office Administration job. As per company's demand I did my yellow fever vaccination and PCC with my own expenses and handed over to the company these documents and my original passport without any receipt or acknowledgement from them. But I signed the appointment letter.
I could not travel on the date of my confirmed travel date because the company confirmed to me about my travel only 2 days in advance. Later the company informed me that my appointment has been cancelled by them because of my reluctance to go on the confirmed travel date. This is despite my request postpone my travel date for just 3 days.
Since they have terminated my appointment, I requested the company to return my passport, yellow fever certifiacte and PCC. But the copmpany is demanding cancellation charges of Rs. 3500/- on the ticket. I checked up with airlines to know about any cancellation fee to pay on my confirmed ticket, the airlines told me that the ticket is fully refundable and there is no cancellation charges.
However, the company is insisting me to pay Rs. 3500/- if I want to get back my originals of passport and other documents. I am willing to pay the money if they really incurred the cancellation charges, but there is no such cancellation charges paid by the company.
Please advise me how I face this problem and get back my original documents and what is the legal remedy?
To join in this company I spent almost Rs. 7000/- and resigned my present job. Although the company said by their email that I will get refund of my train fare from Mumbai to their Ahmedabad office if I am selected, But when I asked them from refund, they refused to pay me this also.
if i want to know the 7/12 utara of my property, what r the source of information available to find & get the detail.
i have tey on onlone.but site is not opened

Non return of promisary note
Sir,
I have taken a loan of 4 Lakhs from an individual private Financer by issuing 8 Post dated cheques, and also signing a promisary note. Although all the 8 post dated cheques were honoured without any problem whatsoever and the loan being completely repaid, the financer is refusing to return the promisary note. Please let me know as to what risks I have if I let him keep the promisary note. If the P.note is misplaced,as claimed by him, is there any other method to safeguard myself?
