What is the status of the subsequent sale deeds in the event of cancellation of earlier sale deed by mutual consent between the parties to the first sale, owing to discovery of wrongful title by the first seller???

my niece has completed 12th science in the year 2010-11, but he should apply for CET, exams but he did apply in the year 2010-11, has Gap of one year due to some reason and now institute demand to produce affidavit of one year Gap in CET exams could you provide AFFIDAVIT FORMAT FOR ONE YEAR GAP FOR CET IN TEH YEAR 2011-2012.

Hello Sir
My sister, who is married, is planning to buy a life insurance policy in her name with a nominee from her parent's family i.e her sister (me). Both I and my sister are working. Can this cause any problem at the time of claim from legal point of view as my sister is married and has not nominated her spouse as the beneficiary of the claim amount. Does the spouse have a legal right on the claim amount inspite of not being a nominee. How will the situation change, if she chose my mother (who is dependent on her) as a nominee.

Dear Sir,
I am having bank account with "Shah" surname in Nationalised Bank,Malad branch, which i am holding for last 20 years. But, my actual surname is different & holding bank account in this actual surname also with Pvt.Bank,Fort branch. Now, Malad bank is asking for KYC. I don't have any proof in the name of "Shah". As I have some balance in this account & to operate & activate this account, whether I have to give any affidavit duly notarized/gazatted? If yes, please provide me the format for the same. Thanks,

hello,
In my birth certificate the date shown is 17/06/1989 while in my school leaving certificate (gujarat board) it is 11/05/1989.As per my knowledge for getting birth date corrected in SLC i need either to approach the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class or to the learned Civil Judge and only after obtaining the proper order from the said Court necessary correction be made in the School record.
but in my Birth certificate registration of name has not been done yet and for entering name in birth certificate AMC require copies of school leaving certificate which is again a discrepent document.
please guide what can be done in this case.

Sir,
I need an urgent help.
My dad had partnership business with one of my uncle "X" .
Now my dad is no more. and "X" wants to seperate the business and is giving us a new shop equal to the valuation of my dad's share.
So he ("X") made a SALE DEED in my mother's name for a new shop and a month ago (May 2012) we had been to court for signing the papers and rest formalities at court.
My another uncle "Y" came to us next day and said us that he is having some papers of a shop which is on my dad's name (bought in 1984 and was not known to us as my dad expired in 1994 due to brain cancer).
The prob here is that the SALE DEED (May 2012) made by "X" to give us a new shop as my Dad's share is either with "X" or "Y" we dont know.
And the SALE DEED for that old shop (1984) of my Dad's name is with "Y"
Now "Y" is blackmailing us to sign and give this old shop bought in 1984 to him("Y") else he will cancel the SALE DEED made by "X" to give us the new shop.
PLEASE URGENTLY SUGGEST WAT SHOULD WE DO FOR THE PAPERS.
