Dear Sir
My name is Suhas, I have applied for education loan in SBI. All the formalities were completed to avail the loan, but now the problem is that the sale deed of the property to be pledged is laminated. My father says it was done a long time ago in the 80's, as most of them did it, then, due to oversight. Now, this has turned out to be a headache for us as i am running short of time. Kindly advise on any alternate ways to go about it. The documents are genuine and in my fathers name. SBI lawyer says that it is possible for me to avail loan on agreeing to sign an undertaking. But the bank manager is unsure of this. The lawyer seems very sure as she quotes that she had encountered the same issue 2-3yrs ago. Please reply at the earliest.

i am 48 yrs of age and do not have an age proof certificate nor do i have an address proof certificate i need to apply for a passport and a driving licence what should i do pls advice
p.s. i never had a driving licence b4
i ahd a passport issued from mumbai but the same expired in 1985
pls advise

Dear Sir/Madam,
Mr X is a minor and a traditional life insurance policy holder,his father Y is the proposer of the said policy ,the policy is more than 05 yrs old.
Is it possible for a Bank to assign this particular policy in favour of them and consider it as a security in a loan in the name of his father Y?
Pls suggest.

Sir, My Mothers cate is Hindu Kurubas(IIA) and my Fathers cate is Hindu Valmiki(ST). But in my school certificates my mothers cate is writen and it is carried out through. Now I have completed my Doctorate degree and I want to change my cate to fathers cast. Kindly suggest me the procedure and the documents required for this purpose. Thanking you

There are two mistakes in my education certificates. First one is that there is no space between surname and my first name. And the second mistake is only present in ssc certificate and it's a typographical one( One letter misspelled)
I am gonna apply for passport, what affidavit I should make?

surname = tinker
firstname = mahammed muneer
middlename = basha
So my correct name is tinker mahammed muneer basha but
In ssc my name is tinkermahammed moneer basha in other my name is tinkermahammed muneer basha.
So a simple suggestion is greatly appreciated, thank you.

Not granting noc for applying job through ssc
Sir,
I joined Indian coast guard in Jan 2002 and now getting pay scale 5200-20200 grade pay 2800 (Pay band - I). I applied for SSC combined graduate level 2012 for the various post carrying pay scale 9300 - 34800 grade pay 4600 (Pay band - II). I applied for the NOC for technical resignation if appointed from coast guard, which was duly recommended and forwarded by my parent department to higher authority who declined it without stating any reason. Moreover NOC for the SSC combined graduate level for the same post had been continuing granting to the many personnel till 2011.
Sir kindly suggest me what I do to get the NOC from the coast guard as I complete all the condition imposed by service through its various policy letters.
Sir its my humble request if you can provide me the court orders / CCS rules on the matter so that I can take up the case with my department.
