Dear All,
I just wants to know what are the benefit provided Life Membership of High Court & Ordinary Membership, because fees of Life membership is just 3 times more than Ordinary membership.

The Reserve Bank of India has cancelled the licence of Hyderabad-based Charminar Co-operative Urban Bank. The Registrar of Co-operative Societies, Andhra Pradesh State depatment are publish tenders for sell the above bank properties by co-operative act.is this legall procedure to buy the properties from them any problam arise future please advice me

i want to know what steps to be taken when a employee who signs the service agreement and after working for some months and leaves the company without informing nor without giving resignation letter without surrendering the company properties.
As company spends lot of expenses what is the procedure to recover the those expenses

Dear Sir,
I have purchased site in bangalore.and it is BMRDA approved.While doing sale deed two place we have put correct layout name " Aiswarya Royal park Avenues" and in shedule by mistake it is there only" Aiswarya royal park " It Is missing Avenues word from schedule.I asked lawyer he saying other things are correct like serve no,site no, location.No need to go for rectification deed,kindly advise on same

my cousin have rented his own flat and he is now residing at different place outside of mumbai, he could not frequently come to mumbai to collect a rent, therefor he would like to give power of attorney to me for collect the rent from the licensee, so it should be a special power of attorney of General power of attorney? Pls guide

Though the aforementioned acts are no longer enforceable in the State of Rajasthan. But can I be provided with the links from where I can download the bare provision of these acts, as I have searched high and low in all the internet resources without success.

i am clear that the employee who has absconding from duties came to know that he has joined in other organisation and he is not responding to our mails since one month
so i want to know the procedure that why i am telling the facts so that the experts can tell me the steps to be taken
as ours is a software organisation our hr departments clearly explained the where abouts of the service agreement for two years and spending on him for the project
even we are asking him to attend duties to complete his project and if has not responded thus
1. charge sheet
2. show cause
3. disciplinary proceedings
or without all this as our hr department has sent email so can i directly send legal notice and also let me know as which case i should file in civil court
asap
this is urgent
