Hi,
In my birth certifcate my mother Alias Name(Kumari) is printed instead of original name(Sebastina). Now when i applied Passport i am facing the issue for mother name Mismatch. I am not having any record for Ailas Name(Kumari). Please kindly let me know the possible way to get the issue solved.

Is a document obtained from a public office through RTI application is admissible as evidence as per Evidence Act or not.
State judgements/rulings of HC/SC in this regard (if any)

Respected Sir / Madam,
Can my first cousin give me a General Power of Attorney stating that I am empowered to take care of his share in the property, fight court cases, & sell the property to any one I feel like.
Except for a few pcs. of village land we are not aware of the rest of the property & that I am trying to trace them thru the Govt. records.
So, is it possible for him to issue the said General Power of Attorney by just mentioning that he is giving it to me for the whole of our Ancestral property.
He is not keeping well & stays in a different state & I live in the state where the property is.
Kindly Oblige me by enlightening me.

sir, my father died on 19/09/2012 in govt. service . i am asked to produce legal hire certificate for settlement of pension and compassionate appointment . we are three family members my mother govt employee , myself son (unemployed) and one married daughter . now sir how should we proceed for a legal hire certificate so that both our damands of pension settlement and compasssionate appointment can be settled? .Also, shall we include in certifcate our sister name as she does not want anything from father's will?

i have given LOAN OF Rs 48 lacs to one limited company in 2002 and had verbal talk of interest there after in 2004 they started giving money but when i paid them i took 10 PDC EACH OF 50 LACS OF YEAR 2003 IN 2003 THEY DID NOT PAY ME A SINGLE PENNY,
IN 2004 THE SAID 10 PDC WERE AGAIN RENEWED OF RS 48 LACS THEY PAID ME 20 LACS IN 2004 THEY TOLD ME ADJUST THE AMOUNT AS INTEREST THEY TOOK ONE HAND NOTE OF RS 19000/- EACH STATING THAT THE AMOUNT IS PAID IN CASH ONLY, NO INTEREST/CAPITAL WAS WRITTEN THERE
AGAIN IN 2005 THE 10 PDC WERE RENEWED OF RS 48 LACS THEY GAVE ME 9 LACS THE SAME WAS PROCEDURE
IN 2006 CHEQUE WERE RENEWED AND SOME PAYMENT WAS MADE SAME WAS PROCEDURE
IN 2007 THEY DECIDED TO SELL THE GARDEN AND INFORMED ME THAT THEY HAVE TAKE LOAN OF RS 48 LACS AND DURING 4 YEARS THEY HAVE PAID ME 38 LACS AND THEY ARE UNABLE TO PAY THE BAL SUM AND NOW THEY ARE SELLING THE GARDEN TO ANY THIRD PARTY THERE AFTER I PLACED THE CHEQUE IN BANK AND FILED SUIT OF 138 N.I. ACT WHICH IS PENDING ANOTHER SUIT WAS FILED OF WINDING UP OF WHICH ORDER IS ATTACHED NOW HOW SHALL I MOVE TO GET MY BAL CLAIM OF RS 38 LACS AND INTEREST THEY HAVE GIVEN NOMINAL RATE OF INTEREST ALSO PLEASE ALSO REFER ME ANY GOOD ADVOCATE TO FILE MY SUIT AND RECOVER THE AMOUNT IMMEDIATELY

i applied some of the documents from police station under right to information act. the other side is very much influncial preson in the society. i had applied again the same set of copies once again under right to information act from police station, but i received one covering letter from police station that the records are not available due to damage. i asked seven documents, but i received only two from the documents what i asked. sir now how to prove my case without dose documents. they only raised subject to objection before the court. still subject to objection is not fulfiled in the mean while this happend. sir please give the suggestion what legal action i can taken against police. sir if original document is missing then will court considerds the documents which i filed ealier as true copies. is there any citation admisibility of this type of documents when original is missing. and what action i can take against the police.
