sir my sister was staying in indira nagar vidyavihar west since 1994 the land belongs to collector and she was not having photopass when the govt decided to devolop the land the builder agreed to give us 225 sq feet flat free of cost and made a agreement
he gave us the flat as promised and she is paying society tax since year 2004
but now the society members are saying that the room she is staying does not belong to her they want proper proof sir .my sister is having only the agreement paper electric bill aadhar card ration card soceity tax recipt for last 9 years etc but registration documents she does not have the society members are asking bring annexure 2 documents and all will be well
sir i fail to understand what is annexure 2 sir do we have to do both get annexure 2 and do registration of the flat sir i am confused and i dont know where to go how will they levy registation fee when it was given free of cost by the builder please sir guide me to get proper documents ill be ever grateful to you

Please please read my sorry tale below and tell me if the Gift Deed Executed can be deemed fraud or illegal. Also this was executed using the GPA which was registered few months before Supreme Court verdict regarding GPA not serving as a title deed. Here is the exact problem:
My uncle used the GPA given by my late dad to formulate the Gift Deed, which he executed to himself, showing himself as the Donour and Donee ! I was not aware of the GPA given to my uncle and this was done without my knowledge, I didn't sign the papers during GPA registration as I didn't know about its existence. My uncle cheated my dad with a promise to sell the land as my dad was ailing at that time. When my dad passed away, and I went to transfer the ownership of land to my name, I was told the land was given as a gift deed ! Out of shock when I applied for the registered gift deed document which was used, I was shocked to see my uncle sign as the Donour and Donee ! The words in GPA said that, my uncle can gift to anyone of his choice. All this was done without my knowledge, and i am the only child for my late dad. My mom passed away much before my dad, and I am left with nothing now. My uncle has transferred all to his name using this gift deed. Will this be deemed as Fraud ?
Please provide a detailed expert opinion.

Party (A)is Plaintiff & Party (B)Defendant, when dispute arise and Plaintiff file criminal complain aging Defendant in police,at that time Plaintiff file Agent`s original confirmation memo without sign & seal of Defendant and without any arbitration condition(No sign of Plaintiff & Defendant in Agent memo only Agent sign),now police say this is not criminal case,then Plaintiff go for arbitration and produces same memo with Arbitration cause & make forge sign & seal of Defendant,and inform to Arbitrator this document we received by Agent via Fax.Now What happened ?in arbitration run on FAX agreement ? defendant also get police complain under RTI and produces again Arbitrator,now Arbitrator say to Plaintiff give Agent evident which is true document ? and present agent again me,if Agent take side of Plaintiff then what happened ? how defendant save him ?

My actual Date of birth is 11-11-1991 but in ssc marks card, leaving certificate and all my document DOB is 11-07-1991.If i applied for the passport DOB issue will comes because i issued DOB certificate from municipal corporation have DOB as 11-11-1991. Due to DOB difference i am not able get my passport. Can give me advice how i can over come this problem?

My wife changed her name after marriage on marriage certificate, however her all other documents are with her previous name (name before marriage ) & she want to continue with her previous name
In my office & all my policies, bank account, epf etc, I made her my nominee with new name. Since she want to continue with previous name, I have to make her my nominee afresh with previous name.
What is the procedure to do this ?
Please guide me right procedure so that she will not find any problem during claim if happens so.
