There is only one house for which I have the documents & my sisters don’t have any objection.

Hello,
My mother's real sister (unmarried no legal heirs except my mother) expired nominated my mother a flat in co-op Hsg. soc. Thane, Mumbai. Documents/papers submitted to claim the said flat in my mother's name. The procedure is under process.
My mother's sister had entered the said flat under Leave & Licence Agreement with ABC (tenant) for a period of 11 months when she was alive. Now the said Leave & Licence Agreement is expiring on 30-06-2013.
As the said flat has not come under my mother's name, meanwhile Whether my mother can enter the fresh Leave & Licence Agreement w.e.f. 1-7-2013 for a period of 11 months with the said ABC (tenant)or nor?
Your early reply is awaited.
Thanking you,
yours faithfully
naresh I.

Sir,
I Had delegated P O A to sell property given to me by my brothers and sisters to a Builder by way of an irrevocable POA. Now my sisters have withdrawn their POA given to me as I delegated the same to another person .

Hi All,
My actual birth date is 8th Feb 1989 on all educational documents but my parents did not register my name in municipal corporation as I had taken birth at my home. Now I am not having birth certificate but those who have born after 26th jan 1989, birth certificate is compulsory for them to get passport.
Can somebody tell me solution for this problem?

Dear All,
I have purchased a flat in Mumbai and have executed an Agreement for Sale by making a payment of a token amount. The same has been registered and stamp duty has been paid on the full consideration amount. Now I understand that after making the full payment, even a Sale Deed has to executed on which Stamp Duty is to be paid and the same has to be registered. So does this mean that I have pay stamp duty twice on purchase of the same flat?
Kindly advise.

Dear Sir,
My brothers & sisters have given me their POA's to sell an ancestral property. I have delegated the same to a builder friend by way of an irrevocable POA to take care of the litigation filed by the caretaker of the property as I have an MOU with him to sell the property to him. Now my sisters have decided to withdraw their POA to me.
Will my delegating POA to the builder be now valid.
Thanks - George Lobo

sir,
what is the validity period of non-judicial stamp papers in Delhi state.
Although its already cleared by the supreme court of India in his judgement dated 19-02-2008 in the case of Thiruvengada Pillai vs. Navaneethammal and Anr.,i.e. the stamp papers do not have any expiry period.
But it could be according to the Indian Stamp Act 1899.
does it vary from state to state.
Thank You
