Dear All,
On 1978 Tamilnadu Housing Board had alloted one flat to 'A'. On 1984 'A' has executed Irrevocable Power of Attorney in favour of 'B'. On 1994, after all the EMI due to Tamilnadu Housing Board, the board executed the sale deed in favour of 'A'. In that 'A' has signed. After that On 1996, 'B' has executed the sale deed in favour of 'C'. Now 'D' my customer wish to purchase the property. What are the legal parameters to be concentrated. My doubt is "in sale deed of 94 signed by 'A'. But 'B' executed sale deed in 96 infavour of 'C' why 'A' has not singed in Sale deed of 96. Whether the 'B's interference will come in future.

Hi all,
I was born in Gujarat and raised in Pune. Our real surname in Gujarat is "Chudasama" and it is the same on my dad's OBC certificate. But in Pune on all our legal docs, we have our surname as "Mistry."
The question that I have is, how do I change my surname to our real surname "Chudasama"? Will I be able to obtain my OBC certificate from gujarat after changing my surname to "Chudaname?" And, If I change my surname do I have to change my dad's surname as well along with my wife and brother's?

I am having a swastha Bima Policy with National Insurance Co. Ltd.,from the year 2006. It is a Floter policy were a person upto the age of 75years is covered for Medical benefits, in which my father aged 68years, mother - 63years, my self -41years, and my wife -35years are health risk is covered. Now the policy is due for renewal in the month of May'2014, when I applied for renewal the Manager of the NIC says that the policy was wrongly issued at that time because this is a Policy were husband wife and his two childrens are covered. Now sir it is not possible for me to take a fresh Mediclaim Policy for my Parents as there are no such Policies in which at this age a entry is possible. I have read some days before in a news paper a verdict from the apex court has been given to the Insurance Companies that they cannot deny to renew health Insurance Policies at any Grounds? Is it show than please Share and advice me..

Dear sir,
We live in an apartment in Bangalore. The apartment is registered as joint owners between my wife and her Mother. Last May my mother in law passed on. Now I have two questions which need some clarifications.
1) How do I remove my mother in laws name in the sale deed. We have the death certificate.
2) We want to add my father in laws name in the same sale deed. How can we do this. What will be approximately the cost to do this.
Awaiting you response
