One of my friend made one fake Legal birth certificate.
He gave me One colored form to fill in good writing. I got trapped in his words and filled that form for him.
Then recently i got to know that , his father put some Govt Stamp on the same paper and gt it Laminated and used as proof of Birth in getting Passport.
He got passport also on the same fake document.
Now he blackmailing me for this and asking for Money.
Can I take help of Court or put some RTI in office to get the verification of the Birth certificate.
If found fake , can we go for some legal action against him so that in future , if something happen wrong him or if he will get trapped in some case due to this birth certificate , then i dont want to get involve in this.
Plz advise what shud i do to save myself from all this...???

I MAKE A PROPERTY DOCUMENT ON 100 RS BOND IN 2005 AND MAKE HISAR WHICH WE WRITTEN ALL THINGS WHICH ONE NEEDED. IN THIS HISAR (ON 100 RS BOND) BOTH WE BUYER AND SALER HAVE SIGN ON IT. WE HAD GIVEN HALF PAYMENT TO HIM AND HALF PAYMENT AFTER SIX MONTH AND WE TAKE POSSESSION AND TAKEN ELECTRICITY ON OUR NAME AND PAID THE GRAMPANCHAYAT TAX ON BEHALF ME. BUT AFTER SIX MONTH WE CANNOT GO TO APPROACH HIM NEITHER HE APPROACH US WE DONT APPROACH BECAUSE HE HAVE A LOAN ON THIS PROPERTY WE ALREADY CLEAR BEFORE THAT IF YOU DONT CLEAR LOAN AMOUNT I WILL NOT PAY HALF PAYMENT. WE TRY TO APPROACH HIM BUT HE EVERYTIME CHANGED HIS ROOM SOME OTHER PLACE. AFTER THAT SOMEHOW WE TAKE ADDRESS AND SENT HIM A NOTICE. NOW I AM LIVING HERE SINCE 2005 NEAR ABOUT 10 YRS. NOW HE TOLD TO AGENT THIS IS ON SALE. SIR KINDLY SUGGEST ME WHAT TO DO.

Hi Everyone,
I am from Cochin,Kerala working at a Private company in Vadodara, Gujarat since last 6 years. Let me directly come to the point. I have bought a used Maruti 800 car about 1 month back and I am the 3rd owner of the vehicle. As I was not familiar with the RTO procedures, I took help of the previous owner itself for transfer of ownership of the car. But unfortunately it was after the vehicle got transferred to my name that I noticed 2 mistakes in the RC book.
1. Last five digits of Chassis no: handwritten in RC book is 56935 while actually it is 56945 imprinted on the vehicle
2. Body type imprinted on the RC book is SEDAN which I believe is also not true in case of Maruti 800.
When I enquired with Vadodara RTO, they said that its not a big deal correcting those mistakes ,but I must produce a proof for the same. I just want to ask whether if am taking my vehicle itself to RTO, will that solve the purpose?
if not then what should I do for getting the mistakes corrected? Please provide your valuable suggestions regarding the same....

Hi, I bought residential plot in vadodara(bapod) in 2010. I have 7/12 and index 2 copy on my name. My query is 1) How to get property card of plot? 2) Is there fascility to apply it online? 3) What is procedure?

dear experts,
I want to give a gpa to my father for my house with renting, using & selling rights as an opportunity of a very good job seems to finalise and I will have to stay away in england for nearly 5 yrs as per contract.. I have very less time to do arrangement here in india..
my father lives in another city and has been looking after the said property for many years. Is it possible for me to get a gpa registered in his favour without his prescence and then post/courier it to him. Will it be valid ????

I've purchased a 10 cent plot in 2007. The prior deeds of the plot are sale deed which my seller got when he purchased plot in1996 and a partition deed in 1993.
Now, while applying for a loan, Bank legal Officials noticed that in Partition Deed of 1993 there is no mention of any prior documents before 1993, Hence I took Encumbrance certificate for 33 years (upto 1960) and it showed nil transactions.
However while looking through old documents, I got 2 mortgage deeds of same property registered in year 1927 and 1937. In mortgage deed of 1927, there is a mention of regestered will of Janmi(Landlord) dated 27 Aug 1912 ( But no Number and in which Registrar Office is not mentioned)
How to trace title of my Land document? ... Pls help me

Hello Ma'am/Sir,
My name is Ishpreet Chandock and had certain questions regarding the Ration card.
1. I had a ration card earlier which I have lost , what should I do to get a new ration card with a change in my address as well?
2. I am currently living in a SRA colony, is it possible for me to have my ration card with that address?
