hi.im palak jain and im 25 year old.i want to change my sign in all my legal documents such as driving license,pan card , bank account ,pass port,aadar card etc.my passport will get expire on 2017.
what are the steps to change my sign?
do i have to announce it in newspaper and all?
and what should i do to change my sign in my pass port?should i wait till it get expire?is it easy to change my sign while renewing it?currently,i am unmarried should i wait till i get married i mean is it better to change my sign after my marriage?plz guide me.

Sir,
I have applied a passport and there is an issue of change in surname . My former name is Rama Kumari which is mentioned in my NON ECR supporting documents. Now my present name in new documents such as adhaar uid, voter id,and pan card is Rama Rani. Passport Officer's says to submit Annexure E' on Non Judicial Paper of minimum value.
They also said that to insert advertisement in two reputed newspaper and i have to submit original newspapers at the time of next appointment. {I want to know about the format of writing that is to be print in the newspapers.}

Dear sir
I have buy a Room in chawl in kalyan.where on 7/12 two names are mentioned one is kul's name & other is Bhogvatadar,s name.Our developer's devlopment agreement is with kul's name.is there any problem in future as Bhogvatadar is different from kul's name.

I want to add my spouse's name in my passport.But I want to add the name with my family name/surname.I have affidavit for the same.Will that be sufficient or I have to manage any other document.I have marriage certificate with maiden name of my spouse.Please assist.Thanks!

Dear sir,
My dad expired recently,He has bank accounts with locker and ppf accounts.I found PPF passbook with nomination registered in favour of My mother who expired 9 years back. I also found application to bank in the form issued by them for change of nomination in favour of 2 sons duly signed by my dad but seems to be not submitted to the bank.Its date is also nine years old.
Can I show and submit this old form to the bank to effect change in nomination.If bank doesn't to accept what are the remedies available.

Im a student in bangalore facing a problem to apply for the passport. needs ur help
.In my SSLC marks sheet my mother name is included as "venkata subbamma", where in my birth certificate it says only "subbamma".
When i had been to collect the birth certificate in recent times from the bbmp office i found that it was just subbamma in that ledger book what hospital staff has written, i requested the person who issues the birth certificate to include venkata in ledger as well as my birth certificate as it was hand written, he did not agree to do anything with that and provided the same including subbamma in it.
i also heard that affidavits wont work in the passport offices, someone suggested me make changes either in sslc marks sheet or in birth certificate..what u say?
desperately looking for ur help, and waiting for your suggestions.

Dear Sir/Madam,
my name is sunil kumar and i belong to OBC category.recently i cleared a central government exam and attended for the interview.during document verification they said my obc certificate is (((Form of certificate to be produced by other backward classes applying to appointment of posts under the government of india)))but not the actual caste certificate (they also said that the form of caste certificate is valid only for six months while caste certificate is valid for life time) .and asked me to undertake to bring the caste certificate if selected for next stage.i have attached the format of OBC i have submitted.now my doubt is
1)by asking to bring the caste certificate do they mean by the state caste certificate which i know is issued by state government and is permenant
2)or is there any other form of OBC caste certificate the central government issues with the heading of (caste certificate or community certificate or OBC certificate) instead of the standard (((Form of certificate to be produced by other backward classes applying to appointment of posts under the government of india)))
