my query is
1.) Does the design of the court fee stamp affixed by notary on the agreement , affidavit etc vary/ differ every month or after some period . if yes how can it be checked .
2.) can the court fee stamp of the year 2013 affixed by notary on a document be diffrentiated from the court fee stamp of the year 2014 . if yes how ?

I and my husband were originally issued passports by RPO-Chandigarh in 1994. We moved to NOIDA later on and in 2004 applied for renewal of our passports to RPO-Ghaziabad. My husband was issued the renewed passport but my application was turned down stating that my 1-year stay at the given address was not verifiable. As my husband had to tavel abroad urgently we could not pursue my matter. Later we shifted to Ahmedabad and I applied for renewal of my passport (which was cancelled by RPO-Ghaziabad earlier). But RPO-Ahmedabad is insisting that I submit the letter from RPO-Ghaziabad explaining why passport was not given to me by them. During shifting from NOIDA to Ahmedabad that letter from RPO-Ghaziabad is misplaced and though I have the old cancelled passport I do not have the RPO-Ghaziabad file number. How to proceed in this matter?

I purchased e-stamp to register a resale flat I bought in Indirapuram, ghaziabad. The property address on the e-stamp was given as ahinsa khand 2,Indirapuram ghaziabad. However, this property is on the land if village kanawani which comes under the jurisdiction of Gautam Buddh Nagar. the sub-registrar (GB Nagar) did not register the sale deed quoting the wrong address. How can this be rectified?

Hello Sir/Mam,
My father has been residing at Mumbai in a chawl since 1985. He applied for change in address over his Voting card along with the corresponding Voter list in the year 1995. Based on his application he received the acknowledgement receipt by filling form8 for address change and the original Voting Card too. (Both of these original documents we have kept safely).
On the issued Voting card his new address was mentioned correctly but they did not update the same address in their record (based on which they provide 7-12 UTAARAA). We did not come to know the mistake as we had the original voting card over which correct address was mentioned. But the record at their end had been reflecting the previous address till the year 2007 and then after they updated their record. Now our room has come under redevelopment plan by SRA and they are compulsorily asking for my father’s voting card/ (7-12 Utaaraa)as an address proof of our current address. So we requested to the ‘Election Officer’ (Old Custom House, Churchgate, Mumbai) to make changes in their record or give a letter against this issue, but they just simply reverted back that they cannot modify the previous record , also they don’t have any record as ‘Chinchpokli Legislative Assembly' has dissolved to ‘Byculla Legislative Assembly'.
In this context, to whom may I consult to escalate the issue so that I can prove my father’s existence over this address as this is the mandatory document required by BMC and if this issue will not get resolved our candidature may get canceled. So please suggest the possible solutions.

My Father's name in My birth certificate is Md.Wasim Akhtar Alias Wasim Akhtar and my Mother's Name is Tabassum Akhtar Alias Tabassum khatoon. I Want Father's name Wasim Akhtar and Mother's Name Tabassum Khatoon in my Passport as it is my All documents. But passport officers are not accepting it. They said that only the first Names (I.e Md.Wasim Akhtar and Tabassum Akhtar) will be taken from the birth certificate.
So I am in big trouble. Please help

Good morning sir,I'm from karimnagar.
In 13/06/2012 I gave 5 lakh money with 2 rupees interest through nonjudicial stamp paper.in 2013,dec I paid totally with intrest,but can't returned my stamp paper.because he intentially said that is not available. Now(11/06/2015) he send to me legal notice through advocate for repaid that amount.what i 'll do sir plz suggest me...
